We were really excited to try this place but were very disappointed. We went here on Mother’s Day, and by our 6 pm reservation, they were out of a quarter of their food options. This was very disappointing as we paid a non-refundable deposit for the reservation. The waitress was also rude and never apologized for the inconvenience. We ended up getting drinks (to fulfill our deposit) and got dinner at a nearby restaurant instead.

super busy night and they were out of most of their plates due to shifting menus but the staff were very accommodating and kind to us. food is okay? nothing fancy or outstanding, but definitely worth trying.

This was a great place.......never been before and food and service were outstanding. Prices were extremely reasonable and just a neat, unique place and location here in Wisconsin. Highly recommend. We will be going back!!

I made a reservation for brunch on Mother’s Day thinking their menu is so diverse and full of good stuff, we’d have a great time and great food. We get there and are handed a printed menu on an 8.5x11 piece of paper with ONE meal item and ONE side option. We had to eat the side because we don’t eat the food in the one meal option. This was not mentioned anywhere when I made my reservation and it’s a holiday during which it would be impossible to find a different place to go to at this time. Awful waste of money, I’m so disappointed.

Totally disappointed!!!!! The restaurant was NOT offering tapas at the time of our reservation. Neither Opentable or the restuarant have the correct information about the menus for Sundays. We were excited about having tapas for Mother’s Day and all they offered was a limited brunch menu. Get your information updated!! Never going back again.

Excellent atmosphere and experience every time! If you are looking for an elegant yet hip dining experience, you will love Union House!!!! I have been there numerous times with (1) person up to (9) people. Union House always delivers 5 stars in service, quality, speed, atmosphere, and convenience. I even had a last minute change to my reservation where I had to increase the size and they were more than accommodating. They are a pleasure to work with and dine at in every way!

Food was OK. Drinks were OK - they used to be much much better with more cocktail options. They didn’t give us the happy hour deal on all of our drinks and when we brought it up the waitress said it just shows up weird in the receipt, but we definitely only got $3 off for 2 out of the 4 drinks that were ordered. Hostess was a bit rude as well. Overall not the best experience.

The food was delicious and I left very satisfied! My drink was very good and in fact I had 2! Our waitress was very professional and so very helpful and served us in a timely fashion. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. I will be back again soon.

First time at Union House. Will be back. Good food -interesting selection of Tapas. Great service! Kimberly was awesome -great timing of food and good suggestions!
