They were able to take us early, and all the staff was super kind. With showing my Id to get some amazing drink options, they recognized that it was near my bday and wondered if we celebrating. So got a sweet surprise at the end. Great night all thanks to the union staff all around!

Giovanny was an amazing server! Kudos to the team, being extremely kind and efficient at making drinks and getting food out. The wagyu burger was by far my favorite and the cheese curds were amazing.

Sat in solarium - very loud. Cheese curd app was good but sauce was quite different. Chicken cordon bleu was huge and very good. Lobster Mac’n cheese was overpriced and not good. Barely any lobster in it. Ended up not eating it and split the chicken.

The food and service were very good. However, it was cold in the restaurant, and you could tell that our server had too many tables. He was great and very knowledgeable, but we had long waits to order, get our bill, etc.

Pork nachos were way over cooked to the point of not being melted but hard baked. union burger was very average; not juicy but dry. Fries were great though. Steak medallions were so-so. Very average food for the prices.

This was an unexpected treat. We had a reservation in the main dining room - which is lovely - but asked for the rooftop when we got there because… we didn’t know. The food, the service, the flexibility with our reservation to seat us where we wanted, the drinks, the people, the crowd. Five stars. Our server, Molly - 10 stars. We’ll be back soon.

Servers were extremely friendly and paid close attention to our need as we ate and the food was delicious! Would eat there again!

Made a reservation for the main dining but when we arrived the hostess told us it was booked so go upstairs and tell their host stand she sent us and they’d find us a table. She was friendly & it was totally fine w us. We go upstairs and get nothing but attitude and are told they have nothing & go back downstairs. After minutes of waiting again and being treated like this was all our fault (it wasn’t??) we were finally seated but told by the “host manager” to dine quickly. Again not our issue, we made a reservation. However our server was positively lovely, food & drinks were great. I’ve never felt so mistreated by a host manager. It’s a really bad way to start someone’s experience.
