Prices are too high especially $34 for a burger and fries. Fries are frozen. Wait staff and front of the house are slow. Waited almost an hour for our burger to arrive at the table. The burger was very good but not worth the wait and price.

Was a complete disaster. We had a 6:30 reservation and when we got there we were told they were behind and will be about 20 minutes, no problem. Went downhill from there. We waited over an hour to get seated? Then waited almost 30 minutes before anyone came to greet us, even after I went searching not once, but twice to find who our server was. The Stagg seemed exhausted and clearly understaffed No manager, owner or any type of leadership at all. Food was not cooked properly and took forever to come out. Very disappointed and embarrassing! Embarrassed for myself for choosing this place for such a special occasion (Mother's Day) and for our family. We watched at least three groups leave and find another restaurant to go to. Really wanted to lime this place but, sadly, we will not ever go there again. Highly recommend to stay away from this restaurant....

We had a 6 pm reservation, arrived 10 minutes early and were seated at 6:30. The prices on the menu were significantly higher than the prices on the website. The side dishes were tiny. A scoop of mashed potatoes was $14.00. About 15 minutes after we ordered crab cake appetizer, we were told they were out of this item. Around 45 minutes after I ordered filet mignon, I was told the steak house was out of this cut of meat. My husband and daughter ordered the NY Strip for just under $50.00 each (a la carte) and it was lower quality than Ted Montana's. A really unpleasant experience overall. I strongly recommend dining elsewhere.

Last night was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. We were there a total of 3 hours and 15 minutes. We sat for 90 minutes waiting for our reservation to be honored, then they tried to sit us with one menu at a table that had not been cleaned and the individual who was cleaning told us it would be a while before he got to it. The kitchen ran out of filets. (They probably still would have been available if we sat at our allotted time. When our food finally came out there was no silverware for over 10 minutes. I was embarrassed that I highly recommended Uncle Jacks to my mom. It was her first time out in a long time and everything about the experience was subpar. We have been frequent customers in the past, but you will not see us again .

Our reservation was for 3pm. We waited a bit for them to clean a table. Seems they were under staffed. It was Mother’s Day- so the only option was the $75 brunch buffet. Most of the food was low or completely gone. Getting drinks was difficult as the server didn’t check in. We had to ask the hostess for help several times. It was a $15 meal of chicken fingers for an insane inflated price of $75 with really bad service. We have been to Uncle Jacks several times and it has always been great. This was plain unacceptable.
