Food and wait service were great. My only complaint is that I asked not to be sat at a high top table as I'm short and find it uncomfortable. The hostess said that's all she had and that every table had a reservation. I had a reservation as well. The restaurant was never full and there were plenty of tables available.

Good little place heard quite a bit about it. Food was OK. Seasoning was a little off. Burger was overcooked. It was Mother’s Day so it was kind of busy overall a decent place to go. The appetizers were better than the food.

The service was great. The food was salty and extremely overpriced. I’m sorry to say I’ve been to more elegant restaurants with better food for less money. The restaurant itself was too small and parking was limited. It’s overpriced for what it is. It just wasn’t what I was hoping for as a place to take my mom for Mother’s Day.

We are returning customers to this restaurant and felt there may be some changes going on. We had great service and everyone enjoyed their food. We had a party of 6 adults. The prices are significantly more than the last visit there. One of my biggest complaints was the 20% tip was automatically added to our check. I don’t recall seeing that written anywhere that it would be added. I prefer to make the decision as to the amount of tip I leave. Also an admin fee was added. I had to ask the server what it was and he did not even know. It turns out it was a fee for using a credit card which also makes me unhappy. I don’t carry a large amount of cash and seeing that the prices are so high I was not prepared for that.

The food was wonderful. However, the restaurant was empty and we had to look for our server twice. We ended up getting our lunch to go as service was very slow on this day.

Service was good but for a $70 a person dinner the food was very underwhelming. The octopus pities was mushy. The beet salad was excellent. The ‘Willie’s plate’ with barbecue was very fatty. The seafood pot with lemongrass stew was not very flavorful. Server was very attentive and the ambience of the place was nice. But won’t be back.

Last time we were in town I had a hamburger which was very good. This time I ordered a ribeye medium rare and it was undercooked. It was also tough and quite a bit of gristle. I was very disappointed as we only come in when we’re are in town. Too many other restaurants to come back again unless I’m looking for a burger.

Food was excellent- wagyu meatballs, bacon, the Fred Flintstone, wedge salad, cauliflower, mushrooms were all delicious. Large party with timely food prep. Bar service was pretty slow.

It was a place that we all wanted to experience. The drinks we had were mimosa flight and sangria. The sangria was not sweet and the person didn’t even drink half of it. The mimosa flight was a DIY, came with four crafts juice and one craft of champagne, you’re lucky to get two drinks out of it. Just seem like they could’ve made two or three small mimosas and charge two dollars more ; rather than having all that juice wasted. The service was great, the waitress was very personable. The food was OK, it wasn’t nasty or anything like that. But I’ve had better steaks. Everyone left feeling like it was OK. But not what we had expected; probably won’t be a place I’ll go back to.

We were the first ones there when they opened and requested outside seating. It was 70 degrees out that day and they put us right next to a roaring fire pit (WHY?) The food and service were excellent - as always at this location. When it came time to pay I gave them an Uncle Jack's gift card I had purchased last year and my credit card to pay the remainder. After about 15 minutes the server came back and said they were having problems with the Uncle Jack's gift card and that it would be 5 more minutes to resolve the issue. After about another 15-20 minutes they Manager came to our table and said they were having trouble with the Uncle Jack's gift card and asked if they could charge the full amount to my credit card. RIDICULOUS! I had issues when I PURCHASED the gift card, now I have issues when I try to USE the gift card. GET IT TOGETHER UNCLE JACKS!

Uncle Jack's used to provide an elevated dining experience even though it was pretty much in a strip shopping center. It might just be this location, but the service was lacking and the food was just meh. We had a reservation, the restaurant was not busy when we arrived. We sat for 25 minutes before we had to physically wave a server over to our table after he greeted a table that had arrived after us. He said he wasn't sure who our server was, but he would take care of us. It took so long to get our order placed and we even joked that we should ask for the check after ordering our food because it would likely take that long to get it. The food was just ok, nothing spectacular or special. This will most likely be the last time we visit this location.

As many have said - the bacon starter is THE BOMB. Delicious and decadent - if you are bacon lover - you must order this starter. The meatballs and fried mozzarella were also superb. Our party had a variety of meals - all outstanding from the ooey gooey mooey burger to the ribeye - you could not ask for better quality, speed of service or ambiance. Our servers were attentive but not hovering and the timing of the entire meal was excellent. A new dessert item - cheesecake - is not to be overlooked. HIGHLY recommend for that casual dinner - just two or twenty - you will truly enjoy it.

I ordered the 100 day dry aged steak and it was smothered in garlic butter. Couldn’t even taste the aged meat. Very sad.

Good food, but WAY too expensive for amount of food. Appetizers and sides were $8-$12 and very small. I don’t mind spending money for a good meal with good service, just did not see the value of what I spent. Will not be back.

This place can be so much better. They have great food and amazing service. However every time I order a steak it comes out charred and undercooked inside. When I say undercooked I mean it’s still breathing. I hope they figure out how to properly cook a steak. Love to keep trying but if they keep messing up a $60 steak it will be hard to keep going.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. The entire staff was wonderful. The food was excellent. We ate every morsel. Jenna was our server and she took great care of us. We will ask for Jenna next time!

Not an ideal outing for romance or ambience. Tables were to close together. Over crowded to where chairs are touching with other parties. Food is ok but over priced. Nothing extreme or fancy about the place, location, food, or service.

Jacks is good but I think the mgmt needs to look at how they’re managed .. Yes busy night Saturday 17th but they’re in business several years now and should know how to handle. Customers backing up to seat, kitchen slowwww.. Out of thing’s like popovers at 6pm. Not a disaster but maybe and indication of how the kitchen is working ? Food order very,very slow from kitchen.

A disappointing evening to one of our typical "go to" restaurants. Our food did not come out as we ordered. Both of our meals were severely undercooked (medium well came out red) and the outside was burnt. They were clearly understaffed, so it was difficult to get any attention. We ordered another round of drinks right before our entrees were delivered, but we never got them until about 10 minutes after we had finished eating. We're hoping this is not the new norm from this typically outstanding restaurant.

One thing I would caution, when the restaurant is super busy, don’t order steaks. It is hard for the kitchen to keep up with all the orders and try to get steak to come to perfection,

The food was fantastic! The sides, lobster Mac and cheese, and the Yukon smash with added cheese bacon were perfection. Service was outstanding as well. Definitely will return.

When we got there (right at the time of our 7:30pm reservation), the hostess said we didn’t have a reservation. I showed her my email confirmation and my Open Table app, and she was like “We don’t have your reservation “. She searched their system for a few minutes. Then they ended up seating us between two other couples in the middle of the restaurant. I know it was Valentine’s Day, and I know they were busy, but after she kept making me PROVE my reservation, I was over the entire experience. Won’t be going back.
