Have visited many times with a positive experience. 4 of us for pealla night special (first time) $65 for 2ppl. sat at table upstairs, pinxtos, salad and pealla all came at once (hate that) none of the 4 paella had shrimp, server thought maybe it didn't come with shrimp. upon finishing our dinner the bottles of wine finally arrived. one person ordered more pealla, $15 and it had shrimp. the entire experience was rushed and felt uncomfortable. all in all the pealla was good.

This was one in a series of themed dinner/pairing events, and I understand that the best-received dishes are sometimes subsequently offered as specials. There was nothing at this even that I wouldn't enjoy on future visits! No matter what is brought from their kitchen, eat it. If you don't love the first bite, take another bite with the paired wine or cocktail. If you're still not on board, don't sweat it - there's something for everyone here.

We came for a birthday celebration, but it did not feel special. The ambiance is strange, because you can come in from (now spooky and shut down) Union Station or the street. Lots of creeps wandering in and out of the place. Nobody was at either door to greet me when I came in . Unfortunately one of our guests had spilled a drink when I got there, and the other guests were helping her clean the table. When I asked our server to help, she said, "I'm busy." A few other servers came by, did not offer to help. No bussers or managers came by to help. We had to ask again for help. They did not bring by new napkins or dry menus until we asked a few times. The energy in there was weird. The food was no better. I recall four pieces of cheese with two small pickled carrots. 3 dates wrapped in bacon, a greasy small plate of mushrooms with about 10 canned garbanzo beans. These plates are meant to be shared, but we all only got just a few bites. By the time the bill reached $150 for 4 of use (2 non-drinking) we just were not filled with any food at all. I saw another table order the sardines and they serve them FROM THE TIN. Why? The only redeeming quality was the desserts. If you do go, just go for those and skip the rest.

Great variety of flavors on the menu items. We tried a number of appetizers. All were very tasty. Fun atmosphere. Service was outstanding. We celebrated our anniversary and even received a card from the staff!

Being able to eat outdoors was great. The food was good. The service was lacking. I mentioned when I made reservations that it’s my significant other’s birthday but there was no acknowledgment of that like most better restaurants I have been to. In all, I was more disappointed than impressed.

Both an elegant and casual dining experience. The waiter helped with wine & food selections based on our questions. The Moorish Spiced Ribs were fall-off-the- bone amazing!! Bacon wrapped dates are delicious! Will be back!

We enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day evening out. Highly recommend the Chef's Feast for 2.
