Originated from the famed Uchi restaurant in Austin, founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole, Uchiko specializes in robust flavors infused with smoke and hints of char balanced with the fresh and clean profile that is the hallmark of its sister concept Uchi. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Happy Hour is offered everyday from 4:00 - 6:00 and on Sunday - Wednesday from 4pm - 10pm at the bar only. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

We went to Uchiko for our anniversary dinner with our 3 year old son and had a great time! The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. Everyone was so kind and accommodating for our son. We will be back!

Beautiful ambiance, great options to choose from sashimi to sushi roll. Our server Sky recommended great choices which was a great hit. She was highly attentive and listened to what we wanted. A combination of high quality food with expert creations.

We went to Uchilko for the first time in Houston. We have visited the original in Austin, and this location was a disappointment. From the food, while boasting an intriguing menu, fell short of expectations during our recent visit. The food, while decent, lacked the wow factor we anticipated, leaving us underwhelmed. Unfortunately, the service didn't compensate for this; it was lacking in attentiveness and efficiency. Overall, Uchiko has potential, but improvements are needed in both culinary execution and service quality to truly shine.
