Le Top Knot est un restaurant américain moderne avec des racines asiatiques. Le menu comprend des plateaux à partager préparés avec des ingrédients du marché et des saveurs de l'Asie du sud-est, d'Amérique latine et du Japon. Le bar unique sert des boissons telles que du whisky japonais, de la bière pression, du saké, et une sélection de cocktails inventifs. Le restaurant est situé au 2ème étage du Uchi Dallas qui est dynamique et lumineux vous donnant ainsi la sensation d'être dans un quartier sympathique avec des gens heureux. Le bar prépare des plats et vous pourrez vous y rendre pour un rendez-vous amoureux, ou pour vous détendre sur la terrasse extérieure en prenant un verre et en soupant avec des amis.     Love eating here. The flavors are like nothing else. Services overall was very good. Some of the orders by the end of the night took way longer to come out but server was all over it and trying to still keep us happy. Appreciated his (London) effort.

    Excellent dining experience during Happy Hours (5 - 6:30 PM). We tried the tasting menu, and as usual, Uchiba food never disappoints. The ambience was great but could use brighter lighting. It’s one thing to have moody lighting. It’s another that I felt I was eating in the dark and had to use my phone flashlight to see what I’m eating.

    Bartender was AWESOME. So personable and funny., he’s the only reason we would return. He was the only value given for the visit which is great! But your Guests shouldn’t be returning just because the staff is personable. At the price point and portion sizes the value needs to be both service and quality of food.

    Excellent night here. Food and drinks fresh and superb. Sat at the bar and Bronson provided immaculate service - warm, attentive, and knowledgable. Highly reccomend.

    I usually love Uchiba, but this was an off night. Happy Hour has been changed for the worse (smaller portions, higher prices). Service was also nowhere close to usual Uchiba standards. At one point, it took about 40 minutes for a round of drinks to arrive (and similar wait times for some of the items we ordered throughout the evening). Uchiba was one of are favorites post-pandemic as it did not appear to suffer service issues like many other restaurants. It appears Uchiba has finally succumbed. A shame.

    We had a wonderful time our server Zack was attentive and did a great job ordering for us. This place is amazing every time we come we have a great time!

    Disappointing for my first non-uncommon ramen visit. I got one oyster to try, and it came out warm… Like it had been left out on the counter. I got a little gem salad that tasted great but my lettuce came out wilted and blackened at the tips. That should have never been allowed to leave the kitchen. I picked off all the blackened tips and they were just taken away without asking me about them. The shishito peppers were good, but the inconsistency in the sauce every visit is frustrating. The sauce was very thick this visit, almost like ketchup… The raspberry donut dessert was very disappointing. Too sweet tasting only if mascarpone. I spent $110 on my visit and felt like the value and quality were lacking.
