Le Top Knot est un restaurant américain moderne avec des racines asiatiques. The service normally is great, but we had a bad incident with the host/manager who gave away our reservation only 10 mins after our scheduled time. He was rude about it when we tried to speak to him about it also, just did not have any tact or manners and was short. Super disappointing because it was a special occasion.

We went for a birthday and the food was amazing. Got lots of sashimi and nigiri. The hot chicken bao was great too. Was disappointed in no complimentary dessert of fried milk like we’ve gotten for birthdays before.

Service was somewhat slow than previous visits, maybe staffing issues and felt food portions were reduced. New Desert Mango Chilli cheesecake was quite delicious. Otherwise, always welcoming staff. Need to have new experience and some change on next visit. Thankyou

Quality and consistency never fails here. This ranks in my top three sushi places in Dallas. The 72 hour braised short rib Nagri is probably one of the best rolls I’ve ever had!

Our server David was absolutely AMAZING. He knew we were celebrating a birthday the second we sat down and he even gave us an amazing cold sashimi dish on the house AND some extra dessert. The happy hour prices were also very reasonable and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it was both of our first times there and we absolutely loved it! I HIGHLY recommend!

We are part of the 801 club and you guys gave us one of the worst seats in the restaurant. You also did not bring us any extras after we sat down and also after we told you that we were members. Just an all around mediocre experience. Food was delicious but customer service was off.

We have promised ourselves to always make the 35 minute drive into Dallas to eat at Uchiba when we get a hankering for sushi in the future. Every restaurant near us is mediocre compared to this place. The wait staff is well trained and friendly, but the food is the true reason for returning. We can’t wait to go back to try others items on the menu—arriving at happy hour helped keep our bill, including drinks and tip, to $100 for each person.
