Kaiseki-Sushi Omakase Pop Up experience Georgetown, D.C. in the Tucked away food hall at the grace street collective. Curating a meal with hints of Hawaiian ingredients, flavor profiles and hospitality lead by Chef Zachary Ramos. Highlighting local produce from Karma Farm and Moon Valley Farm, Maryland. Seasonal seafood imported overnight from Toyosu Market located in Tokyo, Japan which will make every experience a new one every single time.

Our Tea Service is handled by Thomas Chen.
Seasonal Sake pairing curated by our very own Sake Scholar/Sommelier Louie Anne Batac-Nguyen.

First Seating at 5:30 P.M.
Second Seating at 7:30 P.M.

Even though still in their pop-up space, the meal was exquisite. The preparation, presentation and uniqueness of the courses made for a memorable meal. Can’t wait for the new establishment!

This is one of the most unique sushi eating experiences! The chef and owner are one of 35 in the country that import directly from Japan. It was incredible and I highly recommend! We will be back when Zach opens up his permanent place!

My experience at TwoNine Omakase was exceptional, offering a culinary adventure that surpassed all expectations. The omakase menu was a masterpiece, featuring dishes that were fresh, innovative, and utterly delicious. Chef Zach and Amy truly went above and beyond, crafting each bite to perfection and showcasing the best of what omakase can offer. Service was impeccable, with staff that were both attentive and passionate, enhancing the dining experience with their expertise and warmth. However, the current location inside a food court, while not detracting from the quality of the food or service, was unexpected for such a high-end experience. Thankfully, the announcement of a new, more appropriate permanent location is exciting and promises an even more refined setting to match their culinary excellence. In summary, TwoNine Omakase stands out as a must-visit for omakase lovers, delivering an unparalleled dining experience. Despite its unconventional setting, the quality of both food and service justifies the price, and I eagerly await the opening of their new location for an even more elevated experience.
