Twisted Fern has a small menu, but everything on it was appealing to us. We had a steak tartar that was the special for the evening that was flavorful and incredibly well prepared. My husband and I split the trout entree, which was exceptional as well. We also had a side of the macaroni and cheese, which was outstanding, certainly big enough to share or have as your entree. We also had coconut tapioca pudding that was really delicious and not overly sweet. Our service was exceptional, very attentive, but not hovering. The restaurant has a casual vibe with exceptional food. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding food and attentive service. Don't be put off by their strip mall location. Friends declared they had the best burger in Park City. Also enjoyed the trout salad and trout entree (lovely presentation). Burger is reasonably priced but some entrees are expensive. Twisted Fern is worth the splurge.

Twisted Fern is a staple for us any time we are in Park City. The food is always seasonally fresh and flavorful, and the service is friendly, attentive, but not overbearing. Definitely try the octopus starter and whatever version of the duck they have on the menu.

We have lived in Park City for 18 months and had never tried this restaurant. We will be back. I had a rigatoni dish that was so delicious I’m still dreaming of it. My husband had the double pork chop. We had Brussels sprouts to start and an unusual but delicious wedge salad. Highly recommend this restaurant. The service was outstanding. Good vegetarian and vegan options. They are conscientious about food allergies.

Modern rustic surroundings with interesting menu. Unfortunately, some of the entrees just did not seem to work. The elk and duck were cooked perfectly. How everything , the duck was too sweet and the cheese in the potato accompaniment was overpowering and the sauce on the elk was not complimentary. Overall, interesting and tasty meal.

Both our least expensive and BEST meal in park city. The service was excellent, especially the young man who diligently refilled our water glasses no less than 8 times throughout our dinner. The burger was perfectly cooked and the ragu was excellent. 10/10.

Service very unbalanced, JP on the bar is amazing, can’t say the same to the hostess though. Messed up the reservation and blamed other customer for “stealing the reservation”

The octopus appetizer, double pork chop, and elk entrees were so amazingly delicious- complex flavors and perfectly cooked. Both the chocolate brownie and chocolate pudding were out of this world. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Pricey but by far our best meal in Park City. Be sure to get your reservation several weeks in advance.

The service is stellar. The craft cocktails are a must try. The kale salad and beets with whipped feta for starters. The rigatoni (spicy!) and shorty melt were amazing.
