    Fabulous service. I have some food sensitivities and our waitress made substitutions for us with the kitchen. She was very attentive. Great ambience on the deck with a water view.

    We had a lovely meal seated out on the back porch facing the Merrimac River at sunset. The food was tasty, the portions ample even when we split a salad. Service was excellent, our server was friendly and attentive. We also shared a dessert which was delicious, it included a macadamia nut cooking and a very tasty coconut sorbet? gelato? The restaurant space was surprisingly noisy, considering we were sitting outdoors. It was difficult to conduct a conversation without shouting at the table. One other comment. We are short adult, and the seats, while comfortable, were extremely low compared to the height of the table. We could have used an old telephone book to sit on to be high enough at the table! We would definitely recommend and return to this restaurant.

    Food was average, service was poor. There were several open tables but it took 10+ minutes to get greeted and everyone in our section had that tense, expectant look; all persons turned in different directions waiting for someone to save them. We gave up on waiting for water and took our glasses to the bar ourselves. Sauces, condiments, salt/pepper, cheese, straws, etc- these all had to be requested 2 or 3 times. Our server mentioned that they made their own bread but we never got any? Although another table had some bread. Our table was never bussed. We finally put our extra place settings and glasses on the table next to us. No one noticed or cared. We went to the bar to get refills on drinks. I wanted to say something to the FOH manager but no one came over to check in with us. I'm not sure if they had one.

    Our sever Sara was amazing she was very accommodating and so fun to talk to! Very sweet! Great experience. I had the Lobster raviolis and my friend had scallops. Very delicious!

    It took an hour from ordering to get our complete order. Ridiculous.

    Had a reservation. Asked for outside, even though it was not guaranteed, they managed to get us a table outside. The service was great. Food excellent. We wanted the brunch but were too late (i didn't know it ends at1pm!) We ended up with the best lobster roll we ever had. Great time.

    This is a beautiful location, so it’s so devistating that the food is as terrible as it is. My wine and oysters were perfect although tiny. My scallop dish made my stomach turn with how sour and disgusting the sauce that was used was. I was then presented with two free sides (very kind of my server) but the sweet potato’s were drowning in butter and oil that again made me gag, the broccolini was charred and burnt to the point where it tasted like I was eating ash leftover in the fireplace. I was hopeful for this location, but please don’t waste your time unless you want a nice drink and a view.

    Very noisy but I’ve never been there when it’s any different. Server was friendly & knowledgeable. They did forget our pre meal rolls, not sure what was the issue as others got theirs. Food is consistently good & the view is true New England
