    Disappointing experiences. The food was mediocre at best. Lack of flavor and nothing was great. Service was lacking. We went without water for 20+ minutes with food in the table- waiter disappeared for long stretches. And on a Saturday night it was 50% empty—not sure if they just aren’t delivering quality. Definitely not worth the high prices. Happy to pay premium for a great meal- this definitely wasn’t it.

    We’ve eaten at Tuscan 10-15 times and always had a great experience and great meal. Last night, however, the food really missed the mark. The pasta dishes were just ok. The filet was a low quality piece of meat and overcooked. The $12 truffle butter sauce that came with the steak wasn’t melted fully, so it was almost impossible to get any on the steak. The pizza wasn’t great either. The dough was good, but the sauce seemed water and the cheese was rubbery. The drinks were great, but overall kind of a disappointing dining experience

    It is the second time we eat in this location and it is the second time that we are disappointed. The food is acceptable at most. It is the last time we go there

    The reservations were made not realizing that there would be a high volume of graduation parties....in spite of this, Tuscan did a great job of getting us seated served and on our way to the airport for flights. Our team of servers were outstanding in making sure we were well taken care of and were very prompt in getting us through our various courses of food. Well done by all!!!

    A complete waste of money. Overpriced tasteless food. This restaurant will be closed within 2 years. It’s only lasted this long due to the demand for the Seaport. I would never go back

    Very very loud at 7pm on Sat. Had to should to be heard. They did adjust the volume when asked but that didn’t last too long. Service was very good.

    The food and service was excellent. But the noise level was high with numerous large tables of groups just having a good time. I would go back and give it a try again.
