Great food! Minimal wait with a reservation on a Sunday. Alice was our server and she was amazing. We had the Farmers Brunch Platter it was delicious. Get the grits they are so flavorful. The Blueberry Lavender Mimosa was our favorite, not too sweet just right.

The portions were small in compared to the pricing and the flavor was not the same as times I’ve been there before.

We set a reservation for nine people 2pm on May 18 about a week before we arrived. When we got there, the hostess greeted us warmly and immediately sat us to the table next to the kitchen. We waited several minutes and nobody came to our table. We finally grabbed somebody said can you please get our waiter. Overall, the restaurant was not busy as our reservation was at two. Our waiter was not only unprofessional, but was sarcastic and rude and slow. we had to track him down first to get our order in and then several times to get our drinks. When my husband placed his order, the waiter made fun of him he as to the way he said the word on menu and made him say it again and laughed at him. Uncalled for and rude. We processed our order and it took absolutely forever to get our food. We waited for almost 30 minutes just to get our food. I did ask the waiter about 20 minutes in if he knew where our food was and he sarcastically said “well, I don’t make the food so I don’t know.” Shocking and rude! I really couldn’t believe it. Then when the food finally arrived, everybody got their food, but me (Which was a Cobb salad) He looked at me and said “people that were asking for food they don’t get to eat” And it took almost 5 minutes for me to get my Cobb salad when everyone else had their sandwhiches and soup and fried chicken!!! Also, my son ordered a BLT and no bacon was put on his sandwich. When we mentioned it to the waiter his response was just rude. The entire Experience was disappointing as we had invited family members for our son’s graduation to enjoy this meal. The waiter definitely needs training on how to be respectful and kind and the right way to respond to customers. He was just rude and obnoxious. this whole experience left us a very frustrating and sad experience. Zero stars for service

The food here SO delicious! Great variety and great recommendations from our server. Important note…I didn’t see this in advance but they charge for soda refills and for you to use the pay app. Would still go back and now I know.

We will NOT be back. Even with a Mother’s Day reservation, our table was next to the kitchen traffic & a placard, I was constantly afraid food was going to fall on my back! The food was only okay, nothing special. Valet parking was horrendous…after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we were told they didn’t service Tupelo Honey. Service was very slow.

The restaurant looks nice outside. Earth sitting area is very dirty. There’s so many stains on all the cushions and the table that they sent us was sticky and dirty. waitress is very nice however, our food was not the greatest. I got the bone in famous fried chicken, which taste like something I would buy at a supermarket but the mac & cheese was decent and my husband had the hot chicken sandwich which was just OK and was very sloppy on the. Maybe their breakfast menu is better not sure but probably won’t be returning because if you can’t make good fried chicken, what’s the point?

Overall a very average experience. There is limited parking out front similar to other restaurants in The Star District. When we arrived there was no one at the front door so when you first walk in you are in the front center of the restaurant, so you can see everything. Luckily we didn't have to wait long to be seated otherwise the area can get crowded very quickly. The restaurant is nicely appointed and there are plenty of windows making the natural aesthetics and bright lights appeasing. I can't remember the waitress name, but she was nice and attentive enough, although barely cracked a smile throughout our entire interaction. We ordered a few appetizers, beer and sausage gumbo and the rice was raw and inedible. There was no apology or visit from the manager but the gumbo was taken off the bill. Fried pickles were decently cooked but nothing to really brag about. We ordered three different versions of the chicken (sandwich, smothered, and fried) and while very tasty, the portions were small compared to the price. The chocolate cake was dense with minimal cake but large amounts of icing. Better than a box but on par with a grocery store cake ordered in advance. The banana pudding was delicious but be fair warned a small is legit small. It was almost laughable (think sample or kid's order size). Bill came up to about $95 before tip with no alcoholic drinks ordered. Would only go again if someone else suggests it and makes a reservation as the only thing worth returning for would be the chicken.

Our server (Jaylynn) was great and answered questions about the menu. The food was filling and the drinks Blueberry Mimosa was fantastic!

Enjoyed the Happy Hour Special Menu! Ordered the shrimp poor-boy with the Rosemary parmesan fries. Both were Amazing! I would definitely recommend Tupelo Honey Farm-to-Table Restaurant in Frisco, TX. Excellent food and service!
