    Had a great seat in the corner of the bar area, our server was attentive and welcoming. Quite a large menu for gluten free eating!

    Fried chicken and waffles was juicy, delightful, and simply decadent. Had it with a side of scrambled eggs. Must have alongside a delicious Bloody Mary.

    Wonderful food at reasonable prices. The Cast Iron Pork is fork-tender and the Collard Geeens were delicious.

    It lived up to its reputation. So glad we went there. Fried chicken was excellent.

    Food was great. Try the meatloaf and the pimento cheese dip. Service was excellent.

    Nice location across the street and park from our hotel. Employees friendly ,service and food were good.

    Ordered promptly and food came out fast but my eggs were not seasoned and there was no salt and pepper on the table, perhaps because it was outside seating. Waited a long time for my server to check on me and ended up having to call her name as she left the table next to me to catch her before she went back inside. Everything tasted really good but eggs and waffles were kinda cold on arrival; whipped butter wasn’t even melting on the waffle. Maybe eggs and waffles were fired same time as chicken and they just cook faster thus getting cold while waiting on chicken to finish frying. After I was finished eating I waited at least 10 minutes for the server to come by with the check. It’s possible being a Monday lunch the floor was short staffed and they didn’t have a designated outside server which would explain the lack of service. Not mad, that’s just my honest experience

    Love when we get a chance to have dinner at Tupelo Honey! Always a go to spot for us when we go to Asheville. So much so, they made us VIP's!! Hannah at the bar did an excellent job taking care of us and our meals were delicious as usual. Love the Pimento Cheese appetizer, but was sad it no longer comes with the pickled jalapenos and okra. The honey dusted fried chicken was tasty as always and my husband loves the Cast Iron Pork dish. We never leave hungry! Thanks to Matt who made sure we felt welcome as usual! Highly recommend Tupelo Honey for breakfast as well!! We'll be back soon!

    Fun casual restaurant for our graduation eve as a family. The food was delicious and it was a festive place to be. Highly recommend.
