My best experience at Tupelo so far! Went for an early dinner and appreciated the twilight menu. Food was delicious, great service and nice value for a work dinner.

Our first time to Tupelo Honey and was pleasantly surprised. We were seated promptly and the service greeted us soon after. The food was quickly served and was delicious.

Looking for a dog-friendly restaurant. We didn't want a chain but never been here before so, oh well....I think our server was newer, she wasn't able to answer many questions. We ordered the biscuits and blueberry jam as appetizer. In not a southern biscuit fan, so I didn't care for these, but our friend loved them! The crispy chicken tenders were my favorite. Our guests enjoyed their salad, French fries, and smothered chicken. Drinks took a while to arrive, but were heartily poured and on point. A different server brought word cream pup cups to our dogs. That sold me on this place!

We had the best time! The general manager was incredibly kind and our waitress Valerie was HILARIOUS and awesome. Everything was delicious.

Excellent food. Everything is fresh and flavorful. BEST fried pickles we have found in the entire area. Gumbo is exceptional. Chicken tortilla soup outstanding. Very flavorful Mac and Cheese. Highly recommend.

We had Easter brunch with a reservation for 3. We had to wait about 10 min for our table to be ready. Our server was polite and courteous but was a little slow getting to us and getting our drink order. However, the real slowdown was the kitchen. We waited 40+ minutes to get our food after we placed our order. The food was delicious and warm and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, we just didn’t expect to dedicate an hour and a half to brunch. Smothered chicken is a must try and the old fashioned was spot on. Definitely give Tupelo Honey a try, if you haven’t, but plan for it taking a bit longer than you might normally think.

I rated this 2-stars mostly because of the food. Yes, it was Easter Sunday and they told me when we arrived that they had over 700 reservations that day. But the quality of the food was disappointing, which it has been before as well, but this time I decided to rate it publicly. The spinach salad had so much spinach and not enough strawberries, cheese and pecans. It was just an overload of spinach. The fried chicken was bland. No flavor! The other dishes we had we also bland. I don’t know if they’re not adding salt or seasonings or what, but it was NOT WORTH waiting 1+ hours for. And it was like this the last time we ate there over a year ago. We’ve decided we are finished giving this restaurant a try anymore. With that said, the staff was great and responsive! Very friendly and helpful! The ambiance was nice and not too noisy in spite of it being super busy.

Service was very poor. Waiters did not approach table for 15 minutes, took a long time to bring orders, food was cold, had to ask twice for lemon and cutlery and three times for bill. The servings were small for the price and unimpressive except for the Brussels sprouts which were very good. Water was not refilled. We were generally ignored during the whole visit although restaurant was not full.

Food was really good quality and of amount. Service was excellent. The only downside was the amount of noise that is in the dining area. Conversation is made more difficult.

One our our family's favorite spots in Franklin. Great menu, fried chicken and waffles are delish and they have some creative cocktails. Love it!

The fried chicken was fantastic along with the sides, always a good meal, but the best part by far was Aspyn, our server. She was amazing and worth the price of admission all by herself, and considering she was only one of 3 servers working at the time, that means even more, she made a really good meal a memorable one.

The only negative was the food. It was awful! Salmon overcooked even though I asked for medium rare. It tasted as if it had been rolled in salt…ugh! Service and ambiance were great. Great host. As I said only negative was food.

Stopped in 3/10/24 for dinner. We ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer. For entrees, I had the Shrimp & Grits and my Wife had the Smothered Chicken with the Baked Mac & Cheese and Rosemary Parmesan potatoes for sides. Banana Pudding to share for dessert. All of it was excellent! Food was quick and fresh. Service was outstanding. Our waiter Alex was top notch and went above and beyond. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Seated right on time. Even though a big restaurant was able to converse with dinner friends. Boozy old fashion was delicious. All food was served correctly per order and was good.

Great food. The fried pickles are the best we have found. They make their own pickles! The Mac and cheese is excellent with great cheese flavor. The Meatloaf is very good. Just wish they offered their meatloaf without Chorizo in it. Our server was amazing and we will definitely be back.

The food is simple, exceptionally executed southern comfort with a modern twist. And an entire menu section devoted to chicken & waffles? Yes, please. The restaurant is a bit on the noisy side & the cocktails are expensive, even for the area. I will absolutely be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Tupelo Honey for our Valentine's day celebration. Service was fantastic, food was perfect and generous proportions were provided. We will definitely be returning in the future.

enjoyed another ni e dining experience at Tupleo Honey . the warm bowl was so flavorful, the chicken sandwich was prepared properly, served by an attentive waitstaff . we'll be back !!!!

Our server was gracious and very helpful. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner even tho they were very busy. We all had something different to eat and all praised their selection. We had not seen each other in a while so lingered after lunch. And at no time did we feel rushed. Noise was a bit loud.

Ay 1 pm they were out of salmon, out of shrimp. When our restaurants going to learn that people gather for meals to share life. They do not go to hear loud music. It’s absurd. The music was so loud you could barely converse.
