Our first visit was a little disappointing. We ordered the fried chicken and it was good, but our sides were just ok and not very hot. Red beans and rice were good but the gumbo was very bland.

Giving a little bit of grace here considering it was Mother's Day, but we were seated at our table at the time of our reservation (7:15pm). It took about 10 minutes before we were finally greeted by our server. We ordered waters and tea only and he returned five minutes later with our drinks and then took our entree orders. The server forgot my son's lemonade and my Father's coffee. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. When it did come out, it was apparent that we were seated without giving us silverware, so it took them another five minutes to go find us 7 sets of silverware while our entrees were sitting on table. It was at this point that the server finally brought the coffee that my Father ordered over an hour before. First time I've ever eaten at this restaurant and wasn't impressed. Can give them somewhat of a pass for the slow food due to Mother's Day, but the other issues should be a given.

Waffles were good. We did not care for the biscuits and they were removed from the ticket but we found the menu items in general to be overpriced for the quality and the quantity received.

I was so excited to take my mom here for a Mother’s Day brunch. It started off great, helpful hosts, friendly bartender, fantastic waitress, cool setting. Perfect. Then we got our food. Halfway through my mom’s Cobb salad, we discovered hair in her food. I literally saw a strand of hair hanging from her mouth. She pulled it out and it was very long. She chewed a little more and proceeded to pull a second hair wrapped in lettuce and ranch, from her mouth. DISGUSTING! I literally drove 2 hours (from Atlanta) to Chattanooga to specifically take my mom (a Tennessee resident) there. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. What a way to ruin a Mother’s Day brunch. The manager offered to replace her meal with something else, that they then proceeded to charge us for. Really? How Tacky. To make up for it, he gave her a free dessert. What are we, 9? No thanks. We Won’t be returning to the open kitchen concept restaurant where they do not secure their hair. I only gave 3 stars for the service/staff. Otherwise I would’ve rated them lower for a horrible experience.

Truly outstanding Brunch. Our second time and it never disappoints. Service was superior and our food was delicious. Highly recommend ANYTHING as long as it includes the roasted/fried potatoes !! Had the I"avo" benedict which was filling and fresh with huge chunks of avocado. The warehouse location in Chattanooga is fun with lots to do before of after your visit. Go - Go NOW!

We had a wonderful brunch celebrating my mother's 70th birthday. The food came quickly and was delicious (though some commented it lacked seasoning). We had a great server and everyone of all ages (including a 2 year old) felt welcome and enjoyed the meal!

Not worth my time. After being seated and given to time to make our choices, we were inform they were out of 1/2 the items on the menu. We selected others items, only after 10 minutes we were informed they were out of those also. Will not be back.

Our appetizers came out before the drinks we ordered first. They did not plan well for the day and were out of 3 entrees (both my wife’s 1st & 2nd choices) but didn’t mention this until after we tried to order them.

The food seems to get worse with every visit. If you expect a server to check in to see if you'd like a refill on coffee or cocktails at brunch- I'd recommend going elsewhere. At best their food is like singing out of key, the notes are there, but the sound is off. Tupelo Honey... it's technically food but not quite what you'd hoped it would be. Since getting bought out, what made them great is long gone. Sad.

Chicken that came with the chicken and waffles had no taste to them. Definitely need to explore more seasoning for the chicken. Other than that everything was ok.

Read the menu in advance. It's not the same Tupelo Honey as it was- more hot sauce, chorizo in the shrimp n grits, etc. Not the classic southern cuisine it used to have. Execution was not even. The fried chicken was still terrific- but the biscuits were doughy and over cooked. The milk gravy tasted like thickened milk with instant bouillon added- gross. Delicious crispy (deep fried) brussel sprouts. Tasteless beans and rice. Decent mac n cheese. Fine spinach salad. Nice choice of cocktails, just a few beers and a few wine options. Proceed with caution.

Good brunch choices. We were in Chattanooga for a girls trip and made reservations for brunch on Sunday. Wait staff very friendly and attentive. Front door/hostess not very friendly. Food was excellent and a good value for the price.

We called and made reservations; when we arrived at the restaurant, we were promptly seated. Our waitress was pleasant and the food was delicious! My daughter and I ordered a salad and the avocado melt (we had bacon added to it 😋) to share!

Loved the New early value menu 3:00pm -5:30pm Monday-Friday $10.99 menu variety. Had Brussel sprouts, Bourbon Peppercorn Meatloaf & Shrimp P’o Boy. Great service from Like.

Food was fresh, hot and good but we waited 40 minutes to get it after we ordered. They were not busy or we would have understood the wait. It was a bit expensive for the amount of food.

Our server provided excellent service, but unfortunately, the culinary experience didn't quite meet our expectations. The chicken appeared to be under-seasoned and had a somewhat stale taste. On a positive note, the Brussels sprouts were enjoyable. However, the pimento cheese dip failed to impress as well.

Delish as always! A little discouraging that the SIDE of brussel sprouts was the same size as the appetizer brussel sprouts but the appetizer was $3 more. And that j was ordering the side but was charged for the appetizer. Overall very good though.

We had a 7pm reservation and didn't get seated until 7:35. They said something to do with reservation system had them overbooked. Our server said the kitchen was also short staffed and ticket times were longer than normal. After ordering our dinner with some appetizer biscuits and drinks, we had no plates, silverware or straws or the honey we had asked for. The biscuits arrived and were left to stare at them until they were cold by the time we got those things to eat them with. Finally, 25 minutes after ordering, our server came out and said they were out of the steak my girlfriend ordered and if we wanted to go somewhere else that was okay since she hadn't put my order in yet either. Long ticket times indeed. Thank God for Two Ten Jack's next door. They got us right in and took care of us greatly. I can't imagine ever returning to this Tupelo Honey again and I will have to think about going back to the one in Franklin.

This was our second time visiting Tupelo Honey and we were just an impressed this time as last time! The biscuits starter was great and we ordered the avocado and eggs and old skool breakfast bowl for our mains. Both were fantastic! Matt was our server and he took great care of us. This place is a must when visiting Chattanooga!
