FAQ’s:
1) Are kids allowed? Yes, before 9PM. Must be 21+ after 9PM. Please note: we do not have highchairs or kids menus.
2) What parking options are available? We are located on a very popular street in Buckhead that offers: 3rd party valet and public parking. We highly encourage ride-share!
3) What’s the largest table size available? Parties of 11 OR more require a prefixed menu, private dining rental, and reservation deposit.
4) Are walk-ins ok? Yes, but we do prioritize reservations first. Bar and patio seating is first come first served and all walk-ins will be put on a waitlist for standard seating.
5) Do you have hookah? NO.
6)When do the fire dancers perform? Tuesday through Sunday from 8PM to 11PM.

Terrible and over priced. Our bill was 650 for 4 ppl And we were told another group was waiting for our table… after 1 hr and 45 mins. Won’t ever be back.

Overall the place was beautiful, nice performance was really nice, the place is very nice inside. The food however was not good. I had the fried snapper over fried no taste , fresh fruit the fruit was sour, the fish bites were okay. The chips and guacamole had no taste. Overall it’s a nice place to take photos, the service was great , but the food needs to be better especially for the prices.

The food was excellent, from the appetizers, entrees and drinks. The Chef did a great job creating the menu. She was so awesome we wanted to tell her personally. Our waiter Christan was so nice and great customer service. He recommended the salmon chips, calamari and snapper bites. The salmon entree was delicious, cooked and seasoned to perfection. I enjoyed every moment. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful and made sure our experience was top notch. I will definitely be going back.

The overall experience was great. Food was delicious. We were turned off that the valet parking was $40 and that we were only allowed to sit at the restaurant for 1:30 minutes.

The food was good. We mainly ate appetizers. I ordered the ceviche with was just okay it was sweet and had an off-putting aftertaste. The calamari were the best thing that I ate at the restaurants. The alcoholic beverages were on point, you could actually taste the alcohol which is rare at most of the "trendy" restaurants in Atlanta. The ambience was absolutely beautiful especially the area we were seated in. Overall, we had a wonderful time. This was my first time going out for Cinco de Mayo and Tulum was our first stop. It really set the tone for a great night.

I came here for a business meeting and didn't realize that it was Cinco de Mayo, so the energy and the volume was very loud but the service and the food and the drinks were really good and I cannot wait to come back. It was a great experience.

My party of 12 had a 2pm reservation on Cinco de Mayo and got sat at about 3:15pm. Never in my life have I been sat this late after having an actual reservation….and it was 3 months in advance. 25% off was offered but it should’ve been 50%. Service was sub par. Server took drink ordered etc but we had to almost beg for water when that should’ve been first. Overall the staff is under trained in food service. Food was overall pretty decent tho although my Salmon Entree never even made it to the table but was still on the bill initially before I requested it to be removed. Our Cinco experience was just blown altogether. All 12 of us.

I came for my friends birthday and our food came out cold twice, the drinks were okay. The overall ambiance & esthetic of the place was 10/10. Our server was a little off putting to me but everything else was great

The ambiance, food, & customer service was good. The reason I gave a 3 star was because when I booked the reservation, I paid $25 thinking that the seating would be more intimate (for my husband & I). I could literally tap my neighbor’s shoulders. We were just too close to the other couple. Then we had only 90 minutes to enjoy our food and time there. I felt a little uncomfortable to enjoy my self because we were timing ourselves by checking the clock. I also read the ATTIRE policy….just know I was over dressed. I thought everyone in the restaurant would be dressed well based on the what was stated in the attire section. I seen people with hats on, and urban wear. Also, we paid a service charge of almost $100 ( it’s 20% of your total). I didn’t even feel bad for not tipping the waitress. And I normally tip cash. But overall, I will return I just won’t make a reservation and I’ll know what to expect for the next time.

Great food and atmosphere. The service was not as good as I hoped it would be. This was our first time visiting and the waitress wasn't very attentive. Despite that, we'll definitely go back because the food was very good.

Dress code is not enforced. The woman next to me was wearing compression leggings and a bra top. The woman across from me had a dress so low cut, her nipple was exposed. The music was deafeningly loud. The drinks were so sweet and took a very long time to arrive. The food was mediocre.

The entire experience was great. Diana the hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. I especially liked her enthusiasm when I called to ask about the parking arrangements for the restaurant. Allec was a great server, he made recommendations that were delicious and anticipated our need. I will be back again.

The ambience is so beautiful. Excellent service. Food was tasteful and flavorful. We made reservations beforehand. They are well working with our fashionable late arrival. Staff members are very attentive. If you want to have nice date night or even dinner, the vibes and energy was top tier. Would definitely recommend!

Ask for Kyle. He is knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The manager is professional and customer service oriented. The snapper bites and empanadas were great.

This restaurant is definitely worth experiencing! The drinks are bomb, the food is great and the service is top notch! Side Note: your table is time sensitive unless you’re at the bar. Once your table time is up, move to the inside/outside bar to enjoy the fire pit or more time with your friends. Either way, Tulum is the spot to be!

This was a great experience! The food was absolutely amazing; so tasty. The snapper, lamb chips and civiche were ny favorite. The fire lady was a great addition for a touch of Tulum. I will definitely be back.

Our waitress host, Kenedy, was awesome. 🥳 Celebrated our daughter's 25th birthday there, and the food experience was exciting. From the lamp chops being prepared in front of us to the smoke from the ice nitrogen coming out of the fruit bowl to the flame lemon in the cocktail drinks. It was a vibe, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great food and great drinks but the noise level was insane. I spent over $700 treating a party of 7 for my daughter's birthday and we spent the entire time screaming. Very unpleasant. If the noise level wasn't so bad, this place would be top tier!!!

My friend and I met for brunch. Food and Service was amazing. $20 for onsite parking was a bit much. Forgot our server name - said she typically didn’t work on Sunday - she suggested the steak and eggs and it was great!

Omg I have a wonderful time we celebrate my sister birthday and Meagan waitresses was amazing she makes us to have the best time ever explain us all the menu give us the best options I recommend this place 10/10 love it 🥰

Great first time experience. Great vibe for our birthday celebration. Our server Will was awesome! Only drawback, parking can be a bit tricky to figure out but they do have self parking on both sides of the restaurant.
