Tullibee celebrates the lakes and woods cuisine that is so deeply woven into the fabric of Minnesota. Named for a fish native to our Minnesota waters, Tullibee is a tribute to our beautiful state and brings its fresh and authentic flavors to each dish we serve. Under Chef Marque Collins lead, Tullibee's new menu is curated with intention to allow guests to try multiple items on the menu. We will be serving more smaller portions of the menu items meant to be ordered many at a time on a rolling basis throughout the meal allowing guests to experience different options.

We sure do love our mommas! And this Mother’s Day, Chef Marque Collins has created an extra special menu based off of recipes from our youth. Each item on our menu is a memory of motherly love, from a team member at the Hewing Hotel or Tullibee. Join us as we celebrate and elevate our first true love…our mothers. Please join us for our Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday May 12th from 8am-2pm! We will be offering a shared family style meal, priced at $60 per adult and $15 for children under 10 years old. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, though this is not a pre-payment.

The Waitstaff was very knowledgeable and loved sharing thoughts on the food. Letting the Chef decide the meal was a great option.

The savory dishes and cocktails were exceptional. The desserts were not at the same level, but still enjoyable. The bar can often be very busy, so a Monday visit was a nice change of pace, allowing for a more relaxed and intimate evening. Have been before and will be back again.

We went with the chefs menu, which was truly amazing. It was an adventure that we trusted, and there was not one thing that disappointed us! Their drinks too were fabulous! We attended the special EID dinner on April 11. While the service was outstanding, and the concept very much appreciated, we found the Chef's tasting menu to be lacking in value and we left hungry. For $75 apiece, $150 total we received 9 small dishes to share. They were delicious but the portions were small for two to split and we never received any sort of entrée. We would have done much better ordering $150 of food from the menu. For example the dessert was a small sliver of dry fig cake with a little scoop of ice cream. Hardly enough for one much less to share. For that price they couldn't have given us each a piece? And for a Muslim themed dinner, created by a Muslim chef who obviously knows most Muslims don't drink alcohol, there were no special non-alcoholic drink options we had to settle for tap water (which was luckily plentifully refilled throughout the meal). So a lovely evening with a charming server and an enthusiastic chef but next time we would hope for a little more food.

Chef Aref's Eid Dinner was amazing! Truly some of the best food I've had in Minneapolis--the flavor & presentation was on point! Juanita, our server, was great at explaining the menu and answering all of our questions. Great Job Team Tullibee!

Terrific experience. The food was great and the service excellent. One suggestion on food. The offerings of rabbit and lamb dishes did not appeal to our party so we did not order those. We’d suggest replacing those with pork and chicken options.

We enjoyed Easter Brunch at Tullibee. Our waiter was excellent - giving good advice on the main entrees and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We all enjoyed our main entrees and especially liked the rosemary potatoes.

Food was decent — fresh and nice presentation although brunch menu is limited. Room is bright and pleasant, minimal noise level which was nice. Service was beyond abysmal — very surly waiter, no greeting, no coffee or water refills, no checking back to see if we needed anything during meal or when we finished. Very disappointing. Hostess was pleasant enough but she never checked to see if we were happy. Overall experience was disappointing— will not be going back.

Some of the best food and service in Minneapolis. Perfect for date night and enough space for larger groups too. The menu was superb.

None of us loved our brunch food—breakfast sandwich, quiche, omelet. Hostess was friendly, but our server less so. Drinks weren’t refreshed. All in all, quite disappointing.

Our first but not last visit to Tullibee! Excellent food with a Nordic theme. It is more of a taps menu and designed to be shared with the table. Shout out to Taylor, Ashlyn and Luis for making are evening warm and special!

A lovely place to have an extended breakfast with an old friend to get caught up. We had great food and drinks with good service. We weren’t rushed at all so we could enjoy our conversation in a place with great ambiance.

Amazing. Absolutely will be back. The food, the food was a wonderful fresh experience. The staff was very helpful with menu selections and very engaged and attentive. The ambiance was great. It was warm and cozy. Great for a date night or a group of friends getting together. I cannot wait to go back,!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit. Food and service were excellent. We opted for the chef’s choice, and were delighted with the various coarse that arrived. We’ll be back soon.

The food was great, had eggs benny for brunch. The grain salad was also very good. The espresso I ordered at the end was not what it supposed to be. I will come back for dinner. The ambiance was special, nice decor, nice people.

We did the Chef’s tasting menu. Sturgeon was fantastic as was one of the chef’s we met. We were seated at the Chef’s bar seating. Our server was knowledgeable and personable. We had fabulous food and a fabulous time. Capped off with a sauna and dip in the rooftop hot tub. Everything was exceptional especially the Minneapolis skyline from the rooftop.

We came here for my husband's 40th birthday -- the service was exceptional and we loved the restaurant's atmosphere. The chef's choice was a great option to take the range of the menu and we had wine pairings to go with it. We'll be back again!

Took 20 minutes for waiter to come talk to us once we sat down. Dinner was bread and 4 course wine paired. 1st wine and bread cane 10 minutes after we were done with the 1st course. Afterwards wine came with no timing of other courses. Restaurant was over crowded and was hard to walk in and out without bumping into peoples chairs.
