We had a great dinner at Truva. Our server gave us recommendations and they were all very good! The sampler and Turkish bread was delicious as was the walnut Baklava, everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. We will definitely be back.

Loved the food, the ambience and the staff. Menu selection was very broad. Large group dinner, everything arrived timely and hot. Everyone enjoyed their food.

One of my favorite places to meet friends for a great meal. Lots of group seating and a lively, but not too loud room. The appetizer sampler is a delicious starter. Spinach borek is my favorite hot mezze.

This was the 4th time I've eaten at Truva. The food has always been excellent. The service staff are so helpful. My friends had never been. It was a Wednesday evening and the place was packed.Highy recommended reservations.

First, save room for dessert - the choice of baklava is remarkable and delicious. Second, trust your waiter about the day’s special- our lamb shank was excellent. Third- if you want wine, ask to talk to the bartender. She knew so much about every wine and offered a small taste of several. Then sit back and relax for a lovely meal. BTW, quite a few vegetarian and vegan items

Truva Turkish Kitchen is fast becoming our favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The servers are happy and friendly. The menu range is descriptive and not overwhelming. We will definitely be returning.

The food was amazing, we went for our son’s birthday and they brought out the most beautiful Lamb shank that was the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was amazing and took the time to talk to us and tell us about the food. He was such an incredible person and so kind. The appetizer sampler was perfect and the grilled kebabs so good as well. Dessert was perfect and the ice cream was delicious. It was the smoothest and creamiest not overly sweet and totally worth trying. The coffee at the end was just perfect. We had so much food all 4 of us took home leftovers. Thank you so much you all made my son’s 16th birthday dinner just fantastic. Thank you especially to our waiter who just was such a kind soul. 100% will return.

Me and my wife dined to celebrate our 12th anniversary. Ambience Service and food was good. My only concern was I had left over boxed and when I came home I found food sticker still there on bell pepper. Chef or the concern dept should have checked it throughly. Rest everything was good.

I had lucnh for my frined's birthday and it was excellent. We shared spicy ezme to start and then I had lamb shish kebab, medium rare and my friend shephed casserole. Both were delicious. As dessert we shared baklava, sweet and with crushed walnuts and it came with a candle for my friend and music played and the servers sang Happy Birthday. It was truly wonderful.Thank you!

Absolutely one of our favorites. The food is authentic and delicious - my favorite is the sultans favorite. The service is great. They always make sure there is enough water at the table and the food comes out fresh and hot.

Excellent food and service. No complaints there. However, the noise level was very bad. My wife and I had to raise our voices just to hear each other. Of course, that was the case for everyone else. So, it got louder and louder. This restaurant is too nice, and the food too good to let this issue pass. I suggest getting some sound deadening panels and place some of them in the ceiling and on the upper walls. It would make the ambiance much better. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed ahead of the opening of the new restaurant in Mason. I look forward to eating at the new location but will not return to the Kenwood location.

While we were waiting for the dessert cart, a manager came to our table and asked us to leave because our table was needed for people who were waiting to be seated. Needless to say, our waiter and we were not happy. The restaurant needs to be able to provide an indoor waiting area, and it needs to allow ample time for diners between seatings. Perhaps this happened because the next guests were having to wait outside in bitterly cold weather.

Great food and service. Tables too close together, staff and other guests kept bumping into our chairs. We had just finished dinner and paid when a manager asked us to leave so they could seat another party. Felt we were pushed out the door.

Truva is an area gem. ALWAYS get reservations, and don't hesitate to ask questions about the menu. But this is a superb way to experience the joys of Turkish cuisine.

Valentine's Day! Love the food. The flavor profiles are marvelously enjoyable. The people are nice. It was a full house and everyone, even the staff were in slow motion mode. Serene and calm. Low lights, low music (about 5-6 not-so-common love song covers on the entire track that looped throughout our evening). The staff were definitely relaxed and proudly gazing in the dining room at the turnout. Anyway, we always enjoy the food here but have come to the conclusion that it is a little too high compared to other Mediterranean restaurants. I thought they were high in price when they were in the plaza on Hunt Rd., near Kroger Blue Ash. We're just not getting the same level of experience as a Jeff Ruby or Cameron Mitchell restaurant, in my humble opinion. The place is just an open, small kitchen and I still remember Cucinova at this location. We ordered Chicken Thighs, Pan Fried Veal Livers, Doner Kebab and Kunefe. Service was slower than it had to be. I assume they wanted us to really enjoy our stay, which I can appreciate on a Friday or Saturday, but this was the middle of the work week, and I had a tough time relaxing like I wanted to. I hear they are expanding or moving to a higher rent district (West Chester) and I'm glad to have played a part in that via our patronage over the years. Let's hope their prices come down just a little so we can enjoy it more often!

Falafel was overcooked, dry and hard as a puck. Babaganoush was good. My friends spinach borak was excellent . My other friend had Sultans favorite and said it was fair. Waiter was unbelievably rude. I would say among the worst service I have experienced. Waiter ruined the whole experience.

Food was absolutely wonderfull! From the appetizers to the entrees everything is fresh, perfectly prepared and flavorful. The wine list is appropriate and priced appropriately too. Can't wait to return!

Overall we had a nice evening at Truva. The food was tasty with nice presentation. The atmosphere is appealing and they have done a nice job integrating into a strip mall. It is a little loud though but the restaurant was mostly full. The value was fine except $15 seemed like a stretch for 3 little pieces of baklava. Perhaps the deserts should be priced by size as opposed to a flat desert price. I love that the staff is almost all Turkish but while we appreciate our waiter offering to help to cut the large desert, taking the utensils from my wife's hands might not have been the best way to go about it.

Truva, Turkish kitchen is a small nice little place a great dining experience my lamb beef mix was a little dry the drink that I ordered was really good. The service was mediocre but we did have a nice experience.

Service was welcoming and attentive! We got the appetizer platter for 2 - while there were 3 of us. It was more than enough food - and we didn’t finish it. So yummy!! For dinner, we got Mediterranean salad with grilled shrimp- my husband ate every bite- and loved it; the Mediterranean salad with grilled salmon - I also loved it, but it was too much to eat in one meal; and our son got the lamb chops - he also enjoyed every bite!!! For desert, they share the knefe - shredded phyllo dough stuffed with fresh mozzarella cheese. It was baked when ordered and served hot so good. Again, they loved it! We will be back!!
