Overall experience was good. Some stand out issues were the extended length our water and cocktails were left empty and time between courses. This was a combination of our server not coming by and the time between ordering and received. It was long. An annoyance was the candle under the butter warmer kept blowing out and needed to be relit often and the server wasn’t around. Food was delicious and plated well.

If anyone is looking for a special night out, this is the place. The service is always outstanding. Brittany was wonderful. Aside from the obnoxious female seated at the bar who was obviously seeking attention, the atmosphere was great.

We made reservations for dinner before a concert. The Manager greeted us at the door and seated us right away. Our server, Brittney, was super nice and attentive. We had a shrimp cocktail, Lobster Bisque (one of the best I have ever had), a dinner salad, steak, the Redfish Ponchatrain, and Key Lime pie for dessert! Everything was perfect!!

Went here for 18th Anniversary. Staff was friendly and service was great. All of the food was delicious, the cocktails were great, and the Baked Alaska was amazing.

Great experience overall, went as a date night. Our server was incredible and had an extensive knowledge of the menu. Food was amazing. Evening didn’t feel rushed at all. We were able to sit and enjoy. We will be back!

A great refuge from the chaos of an Iron Man and Prom night, Trulucks provided a blissful break with the accompaniment of a fine singer and piano man. Melissa was terrific in keeping our table serviced with appetizers of their great crab claws and oysters. The lobster thermidor was excellent as was the Redfish Ponchartrain. And the desert that followed, flaming Baked Alaska, was also at its finest as for our first time to try it thawed as opposed to frozen solid. A solid A++ for the staff and chefs for making our celebration a memorable one.

Our evening at Trulucks was outstanding. It’s a beautiful restaurant, and we loved the wonderful , low key, live music. Just right to entertain and still enable normal conversation. The service was impeccable and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. We were able to share our calamari and salad, and loved the option of ordering petite servings of the main course. That way we could order separately and not be overwhelmed with food. An altogether perfect evening. We’ll be back soon!

We had the best experience at Truluck’s in The Woodlands. We reserved a table on a Saturday evening for my birthday dinner. Pip was our server and to say he was incredible is an understatement. All of his suggestions and menu recommendations were on point and he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our visit, which we 100% did! We had a crab cake appetizer (which I’m still thinking about three days later), Redfish Ponchartrain & the Miso Glazed Sea Bass for our entrees, along with a jumbo stone crab each. I can’t forget the delicious spicy blackberry margaritas that I enjoyed, while my husband had the Upper Manhattan that Pip recommended. Just wow! The atmosphere, the food, the service and the friendliness of ALL of the staff just blew us away! This was our first visit to Truluck’s and it won’t be our last. I wish we lived closer to The Woodlands because we would frequent this restaurant often and ask for Pip each time. Thank you Truluck’s for making my birthday such a memorable one!

Our server, Brittany, was courteous and knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job with recommendations and checked in on our progress with perfect timing. 8 oz. fillet and Chilean sea bass were excellent. As a birthday patron, the baked Alaskan was OFF THE CHARTS!! Special restaurant for a special occasion. We’ll be back.

We have enjoyed Truluck’s for years and had never had a bad meal until last night and it was our 35th anniversary. We both had the cold water lobster which we have enjoyed before. Last night they were tasteless and by texture not fresh. This entree came with Parmesan mashed potatoes which were cool and little evidence of Parmesan. Usually service is excellent but last night slow and rushed when they appeared. They were busy with mostly large tables and possibly understaffed and we can understand that. I have never written a bad review before but I do take the time to compliment people or places that excel. I hope this was a freak occurrence, but for what they charge to dine there this should never occur.

The perfect restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted with Happy Anniversary wishes. It didn’t stop there everyone that serviced our table wished us congratulations. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. Can’t wait to return for our next celebration.

The service and the flow was disappointing. The food was not up to the quality we are accustomed to at Trulucks.

Trulucks is hands down the best seafood and steak restaurant I have ever dined at. The staff are courteous from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. 15/10 would return

Mike was an excellent waiter. He is very attentive and was always available. He checked on us frequently to make sure everything was to our liking. It was my birthday dinner and I was given free dessert. Thanks for a great night out

Trulucks is always our go to for special occasions. They knew our names and made our table extra special for our anniversary. Our server was Ivy and she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable about the different seafoods and drink options. Matthew Middleton made our visit extra special with a very exclusive dessert.
