I had an amazing experience. I like the location and also the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Christa our waitress was on point. She was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be back soon.

We celebrated our birthday and everything was truly awesome! Our server was truly amazing. My only negative comment was that the manager walked past our table several times and even made contact. Not one time did they stop to greet us but greeted other tables. We love coming to Truluck’s for celebratory events. This made us feel like we weren’t welcomed. The server went above and beyond to make sure our birthdays were phenomenal.

Truluck’s is one of our favorite restaurants to dine. We know we will get delicious food and exceptional customer service. The restaurant’s decor was perfect for Mother’s Day photo ops and the bar was busy. We highly recommend the fresh stone crab claws, lobster bisque, redfish pontchartrain and a dirty martini with blue cheese olives.

Always a fabulous experience! We decided to start our Mother’s Day Brunch with a Mimosa at the bar by the incomparable Kevin, the bartender. Always a pleasure to speak with Kevin! We then sat down to a fabulous brunch served by Joseph. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend!!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the South Lake location and had a wonderful dinner. The seafood was very good as was the salmon that my wife ordered. The unexpected pineapple chocolate cake served by being let on fire on an in-scripted plate noting our anniversary was the perfect ending. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Truluck’s is our go to special occasion place and that’s not coming from a lack of trying other places. Every time we venture out, while we’re rarely left disappointed, it is never as good as Truluck’s. The service, food and drinks are always top notch.

We enjoyed the food but the oysters were tiny. Our server forgot the bread we ordered, it never came. But it was still on the check so we had to ask to have it removed. Definitely not the level of service we would expect from his caliber of a restaurant.

“I’m still dreaming about our meal at Truluck’s! From the attentive treatment by Mike upon walking through the door, to the incredible service from Martin, we knew we this restaurant was top-notch and we were in for a very memorable experience. The ambiance of this restaurant was simply fantastic! The cozy atmosphere, soft lighting, and elegant decor create the perfect setting for any special occasion. We started our evening with the breathtaking crab cake appetizer, if you take anything away from this review, the crab cake with the hand-made dill sauce is a Must try! Chef Paigton absolutely blew us away with each dish and the beautiful presentation. Hands down, some of the best food we’ve eaten recently! Overall, I give this restaurant my full recommendation. We can’t wait to return.

The impeccable service paired perfectly with my steak and lobster! The rolls were sublime! We shared a side of broccoli that was tender yet firm and seasoned nicely and topped with Parmesan. Our entire meal and the ambiance made for a perfect night out.

We took my dad for an early in the day birthday dinner, and everything was perfect. We had never tried Stone Crabs, and thankfully we did. They were sooo good! The meat was very sweet, and the mustard sauce was a nice touch. My dad had the Redfish Pontchartrain, and he loved it. I tasted it, and loved it too. My mom and I both had the Mediterranean Branzino. It was absolutely delicious! The fish was pan fried to perfection with just a bit of crispiness. The sauce on the side with the tomatoes was my favorite. For his birthday dessert, my dad had the Baked Alaska which he really enjoyed. I got myself the Vanilla Crème Brûlée, and it was to die for. Let me not forget the margaritas. My mom and I had just regular margaritas on the rocks with Casamigos tequila, and they had my eyes a bit crossed. lol! They were some good drinks. Let me not forget our waiter, Brandon. Brandon was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Brandon was easily able to answer any questions that we had and make menu suggestions. I highly recommend Brandon for a big bonus (no really). Overall, I along with my family will be back and suggest the Southlake location to friends.

Always a great dining experience. Staff, from valet to front desk to wait staff excellent. Server, Jeremy, was outstanding. Apps, mains, desserts and cocktails all excellent.

Excellent service. Manager checked in to say hello and We had an excellent server. The issue was the food. The miso cod was not good at al, and that dish is usually a slam dunk. Flavor profile of the glaze was off. Tasted more like tamari, bitter and just not a good match. The shrimp cocktail was not properly chilled, so the shrimps were chewy and just about room temp. Lastly, the crab "cake". A musty, sauceless pile of just chunks of warm crab, no breading (which is what makes it a "cake") at all. Was inedible. Also, I had the "Chablis", which was not Chablis but a Chardonnay. An expensive, slightly embarrassing meal. ;(

Excellent service no complaints, I had the steak with lobster on a bernaise sauce and the sauce was a bit salty. My wife had the miso glazed bass with the crab fried rice and she enjoyed it. Paired with a nice white Rioja wine at a decent price A+. I was celebrating my birthday and received a complimentary desert. Overall experience A++
