True West Brewery is a family-owned village-supported scratch-kitchen restaurant and craft brewery in Acton, Massachusetts. But we’re also so much more. As a Community Supported Brewery (CSB), True West Brewery is a hub for the best of Massachusetts. We are a gathering place to share the skills of culinarians and craft brewers – an intersection of passionate local farmers and Bay Staters. True West Brewery seeks to collaborate with the brightest of our community.

The Massachusetts-local crossroads that is True West Brewery culminates to a rich sharing of stories, a place of play and celebration. Our food: seasonal and handcrafted – sourced, from the finest of the season’s fruits, by our local farmers, growers, fishermen, brewers, distillers and artisans. And our beer: well, it flows a mere 30 feet from our 10 barrel craft brewery to your pint.

Excellent food, great service, a little noisy but you could also just say it was high energy. The drinks were on the smaller side, but the quality was great. We will go back again.

Reserved a high top didn’t get it. Was stuck at a too small table. Watched others seated after us get service. They use to have vegan options but have slowly eliminated them. Disappointing. Service was awful. Took our order served our food but nothing in between. Probably won’t go back.

The restaurant honored our reservation promptly. We were given a kid’s menu which stated a beverage, entree and dessert. When it came time to order the dessert that was stated on the menu, the server dessert no longer came with the kid’s meal. This is false advertising since it is stated in the menu. Spend the only and update the menu and the website, They sent the smallest portion of Mac n cheese for a side, total ripoff. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning, we will it go back,

All of the waitresses were incredible and the food and drinks were just the same! Would recommend to anyone! We brought our baby and felt very welcomed as there were many families with children.

We always have a great time at True West. The adjacent playground is a great place to get our little ones energy out right before eating at True West (which is very kid friendly!)

This is a surprising little gem in West Acton of all places: the beers are good as is the food — staff & service are excellent. Yes, it is a limited pub style menu but with interesting variants that are farm to table, tastefully done.

The menu and food quality has improved so much over the years. Delicious lamb burger and fried chicken sandwich. Friendly.attentive staff. My only complaint is the wine is never chilled (I drink white), husband enjoyed his beer.

Food is consistently well prepared. Family goes a lot and everyone can find something to enjoy. Service is good and drinks both brewed and mixed are well done.

Arrrived a little before our reservation and were promptly shown to our table. Server was quick to stop by and check in through out the meal to make sure we didn’t need anything without feeling like they were hovering or ignoring us. Food and drink came out in the right time and was enjoyed by the entire group. Was a little loud due to a mostly full dining room, but to be expected at a brewpub and good to see the crowds on a Thursday.

Valentines Day prix fix. True West has great burgers and beer so we gave it a try. Appetizers and desserts were good, but mains were disappointing. My scallops were tiny and rubbery, and my wife's steak was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Fun atmosphere (great with kids by the way) and friendly staff. Will definitely return for burgers.

We went for Valentine's Day and the menu/drinks for the occasion were fantastic! Great food and great value! There was also live music which was nice, also love themed for the day. We sat at the bar which was exactly the vibe we were going for and service was on point which was especially impressive because the bar was busy!

Enjoyable as always. Rowan, our server, was friendly and attentive. Kids loved the chicken fingers (replaced the Dino nuggets) and we appreciated the improvement. Good food and liked the live music, not too loud and great choice of music by the musician.

The food and beer are very good. Wish we had a place like this in Sudbury. In the nicer weather it's outside dog friendly, which is a definite plus.

Awful experience. Allowed us to book at 1:30 reservation, waitress told us after we ordered our drinks last call for food was 1:45? I asked the manager why she would allow someone to book a reservation if they planned to close by 2pm with last call 15 minutes after sitting down. Three separate waitress reminded us about last call on drinks and food which added to the feeling of being rushed. They cleaned up table and pushed metal chairs in and out while we hustled food down. Would never return after this experience.

Despite having a reservation and choosing indoor dining, when we arrived we were told they didn’t have a table for us. The only available space was outside in winter when it was about 30 degrees.

Fun and enjoyable time. Waldorf Salad; Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Ravioli with hazelnuts, Mexican corn skillet, and burgers. All were wonderful.

Server was kind and food came out as ordered (we had all sorts of substitutions and specifics). Drinks are good and the revolving menu is great too. The only negative is the pricing - it’s a fair price but not a value/deal.
