Terrible experience! Slow and rude service. Server claimed kitchen was understaffed but other tables seemed to be getting their food. Food was cold and too salty, not consistent with previous experiences at other True Food locations.

What a shame as we were excited to try this place. Once our drinks were served, it took over half an hour (and flagging down the host) to receive any food - even our salad! No one checked on us at all during that window. We were disappointed that after the wait, the food was very mediocre given the higher prices. Although it was lunch time, the restaurant was more than half empty, so despite ample staff, no one seemed to care.

Food was good, but drinks and food took forever to get. Such a weird experience.

This restaurant is located in the quieter part of the Century City Mall. Server Josh was friendly and helpful. Food tasted good. Good experience overall.

Great service. The restaurant was beautiful, bathrooms clean. Food was ok. I got the ancient grain bowl and the flavor profile was ok. Would have liked a little more spice or umami to the tofu.

We enjoyed our food but service was slow. People who came after us were served before us. So not sure whether that was because of what we ordered or our server. Only one bartender but they weren’t that busy. Server however was very personable and nice. Its location in the huge mall made it VERY difficult to find as first timers. I’ve been to other True Food locations and food to me is consistent.

Waiter didn’t come back once and burgers were ordered medium and came super well done.
