True Food never disappoints, consistently outstanding. Love trying new additions to menu, love the strawberry/arugula salad. Hamburger, the best! Congratulations to TrueFood for having an outstanding manager, Krystal.

True Foods Kitchen (pre-pandemic) was my go-to every time I ate out. I love the healthy fare, the health-minded staff, and the ability to alter a dish around dietary restrictions. The meals always felt special and carefully crafted. Since then, many favorites have been cut. But what is most frustrating is the incredibly sharp increase in prices and the decrease in portion size! I was shocked after not visiting for some time to have a salad or bowl (with no protein) cost $20 with added protein another $8++. The original wide low bowls have been replaced with something half the size. The food quality is still great and the service was good, although the water didn't get refilled. The noise level inside made it difficult to have a nice conversation with a friend. Sadly, not my go-to any longer. There are other healthy eateries opening that I feel will challenge TFK's decision to make these cutbacks.

Unfortunately, with our focus on providing healthy, sustainable ingredients to all of our locations nation-wide we had to introduce new dishes we knew our returning guests would love in order to accommodate some items departure from the menu.

My go-to place for lunch. Indoors is loud but the patio area is perfect (unless there’s a barking dog).

Lots of variety on the menu, nice to see different foods than the usual choices. Lots of lighter choices, lots of vegetables, whole grains, everything was tasty and fresh.

Great food options and food presentation. The service was somewhat slow. For example we had our food for a while before we got our drinks and were not offered any water. I was not a fan of the coffee but the spritzer was great, as, again, were the entrees (ancient grain bowl and huevos rancheros.). I’ll certainly return and hope things are faster paced next time.
