The cauliflower dish was excellent. The Thai basil basil noodle bowl (with added shrimp) was tossed in a sauce that tasted earthy/ like burned earth. The server said it was the peanut sauce. I love a good peanut sauce , but It was just a bizarre and unpleasant taste, that should be reformulated or should be removed from the menu.

We got seated pit took 10 minutes before a server came to our table. Our food tasted very good but my husbands was cold.

Concept, food, and location were great, but the service was the worst we've ever experienced anywhere. Very poorly trained waitstaff, unreasonable wait times, poor timing, forgotten dishes, food served cold, and multiple servers alerted to issues that were ignored by all. They did comp us for a missing entree (I ended up just eating the appetizer as my meal) and gave us a free glass of wine to make up for things, but we ended up having to go eat somewhere else afterwards (after more than 2 hours of waiting for our food) because they somehow misplaced an entire meal. Other diners were equally ignored and upset. Very bad experience and very disappointing because we're appreciative of the work Dr. Weill does. Would not recommend.

The service felt slow, and when the food arrived the shrimp was overcooked (chewy), and the poke bowl was much spicier than it was described. The manager had the poke bowl remade with the sauce on the side removed the spice, however, it also removed all the flavor. We also noticed when we arrived that the prices on the menu did not match what was listed on the kiosk outside the restaurant.

This is the BEST place to get food that is so delicious, has unique items on the menu, great service, great atmosphere, and the best food for our bodies and environment. Prices are better than places that has food that is bad for our bodies and environment.

Highly recommend! Outstanding veg and vegan and GF options. Beautiful ambience, clean healthy and filling eats - artfully crafted with full flavor. Get the trout!

We were at the Vegas location. My husband ordered the chicken wrap and there was almost no chicken in it. We literally had to go get him a slice of pizza after we left I ordered steak, Medium, and it came very rare. They did make a new plate for me, but it was still closer to medium rare than medium. And by the time it arrived, my husband was done with dinner.

Great location, very fun for people watching. Food was ok, ordered two bowls and Cauliflower appetizer...my tuna poke bowl had no flavor, his was delicious but they added jalapeños by mistake which wasn't good. They did take care of us, though. Drinks were delicious! Overall, was nice place, if we ever go back have to try something else and hope for more flavor!

True Food Kitchen in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace has been a go to restaurant for client meals during my annual CinemaCon conventions for the past couple of years. I have always been happy with the service and the food up until this week. The first issue was the removal of my favorite salad from the menu. Apparently, they consider a chopped salad "seasonal", yet I have eaten it in various locations all year long in the past. Next on my client lunch on Monday, 4/7 - the service was very bad. Our order took over an hour to bring out, and when it did arrive, it was wrong. My boss ordered a kale Caesar with shrimp, and I ordered the arugula strawberry salad with grilled chicken. When the food finally arrived, my boss's salad had chicken and mine had the shrimp...and I am ALLERGIC to shrimp!! Today, 4/8 - again at a client lunch with my boss, the was better but the food again took more than an hour for two salads, avocado toast and a wrap! I had another lunch reservation for tomorrow, but I cancelled it and moved it to another restaurant - to avoid the embarrassment of another awkward lunch with clients. Shame on you True Food Kitchen!

Big fan of Dr. Weil and his work. The food was excellent! Vegas prices and adjacent to the open mall area, but I definitely would return.

We placed our orders for appetizers immediately upon being seated and they took 45 minutes to arrive. Waited excessively long for entrees as well. Portions were small. Not as fresh as I remember when I dined there in Newport Beach several years ago.

Wait was extremely long to get our food. Others around us complained as well. Had an 8pm reservation and wasn’t served til 9:45pm. When food was brought out it wasn’t hot but rather luke warm. Flavor was good but got out shadowed by the service.

We were in a rush and our waiter got us out super quick. He was really fantastic. The food was also delicious. The vegan burger was much better than Gordon Ramsay’s vegan burger!

This was the most expensive meal of our trip but was the worst tasting. We expected more but were disappointed with the the food, service and noise level. We were not the only ones, the table next to us sent their food back.

I love this restaurant. It is so great to know I can get clean, healthy food in Las Vegas. Valerie was a great waitress; laid back and efficient. We have dinner here every time we come to Las Vegas.

En general está bueno , lo marcan cómo comida americana y uno espera cierto tipo de comida pero es muy estilo de vida fit , saludable La pizza es para una sola persona y de última uno q se tengo le saca una porción pero no era para dos. Rico pero no es el tipo de menú q esperábamos. Lo que sí es q los tragos son Buenisimos y la peach lemonade es algo RIQUISIIIIMO una combinación q no sabía q era tan buena

I’ve been to true food in other cities quite a bit, this one was the most disappointing ever. We waited 45 minutes for drinks (not kidding) and was not given any straws. I went to find the straws myself. The food came 30 minutes after the drinks, and was delivered without silverware when we already reminded the waitress prior. It took ten minutes to flag someone who could get us silverware. The food was not up to par with the other experiences we have had at all. The Penang curry was extremely watered down and the taste was different. Outside of this, it took another 25 minutes to get the check and leave. I understand this restaurant may be understaffed from the looks of it, but basic things like the waitress not bringing straws or silverware is not acceptable.

we had so many gluten free/vegan choices. that is a hard combo for other restaurants, but True Food KItchen didn't have any problem with it!

This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. Amazing food, and really great service from a caring staff. Everything our group ordered was soooo good. I come here every time I’m in Vegas.

Food was fresh and delicious. Unique drink and meal options. Loved the fact that everything on the menu was nutritious. After a week in Vegas it was nice to have something somewhat healthy. Service was great as well.

True Food had wonderful dining options at reasonable prices. Our server TJ was very friendly & efficient. Even though he had large tables he managed to be very attentive to my husband & I. One of the best servers we’ve had in a while. Food was fresh & tasty. My husband said his tuna wasn’t the best quality he’s had but he still enjoyed it. My bowl was delicious. We would definitely dine here again!

La hostess fue de lo más grosero con nosotros, no teníamos reservación y había fácilmente 15 mesas vacías. Nos había dicho que esperáramos 15 minutos y abrí la app de open table e hice la reserva para entrar en ese momento y an ella no le quedó de otra más que darnos mesa. Sentimos discriminación por ser mexicanos. No lo recomiendo, la comida es menos que regular

We ate here three times during our vacation. The food is both delicious and nutritious. They are also able to accommodate gluten-free.
