    Good - wasn't charged for 2 glasses of sparkling water. Bad, horrible & worst - 2 of us on 1st date and we were seated in between 2-four seat tables that kept being filled with families with babies and young children (while other 2 seat tables were open. We caught the last 30 minutes of HH and after the waitress took our first order, she never came back to encourage us to order before HH was over to lock in the lower pricing (# of pita chips 4 with hummus was laughable, we asked for more). I am blaming the owners & management for the lack of training on customer consideration and service Gen Z staff provided. High hopes for first time going, disappointed and will not return. There are similar restaurants that provide a much better experience to spend your hard earned and chosen discretionary disposable income.

    Always an excellent choice. We sit at the bar because the team is so helpful and knowledgeable.

    Our favorite place for a girls lunch. Excellent food and service, healthy lo-cal options, and something for every dietary need/restriction. We are loving the selection of mocktails/non-alcoholic beverages that still feel like a celebration without losing all motivation for the rest of the day. Also like that we can order a good ol' burger too, if that's what we want.

    We were very disappointed to see that our favorite salad, The Chopped Salad, has been taken off the menu. So we ordered the chicken wrap instead and it was not good at all. Very dry and had very little flavor. Overall, a very disappointing experience and we’ve been going to True Food regularly for the past 12 years.

    we always have a great time at True Foods . The service is great and the staff puts extra effort to please you . Just know it’s loud inside .

    We’ve been to True Food Kitchen many times, so we know what we like to order. Shared the turkey burger, cauliflower and ahi tuna lettuce wrap and all were very good. Our server was excellent….no complaints!!
