It was pretty loud so I was overstimulated pretty quickly, however that was just the lunch rush so maybe go at an unpopular time if that bothers you. I felt so healthy eating my Mediterranean Wrap (it was just okay). I liked the prickly pear refresher (however all the refreshers and spritzers are quite bitter so be careful of that). The pepperoni pizza was really good as well!!

The cocktail glasses were not clean. Not a great start to the dining experience. The place was out of vodka and tequila too.

Food was amazing. I choose True food because I’m vegan and the rest of my family is not but we all appreciate healthy food and variety. The menu has so much variety there is something for everyone. I had the teriyaki mixed bowl and added the the smoked tempeh it was so delicious.

Spent Mother’s Day here with my daughter and nothing came out fresh or hot. We were frustrated as it was no better than luke warm cafeteria food. The appetizer was Fingerling potato’s which were not warm and tasted as though they had been prepared the day before. The bison sausage pizza was bland and again, not hot. Not even really warm at all. And instead of vegan ice cream for our dessert, they gave us whole milk ice cream which we are allergic to. The rest of our day was ruined. True Food has gone downhill.

Really enjoyed our Mother’s Day celebration brunch. The menu was confusing. For a 9:15am Sunday brunch, the only kids menu was a lunch/dinner menu. Would’ve expected something for kids especially given many kids would be there for Mother’s Day. The food rack on the menu wasn’t available instead the special food rack (more dessert than anything) was available. Despite those minor items, we really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.

There New Seasonal menu is out and it did not disappoint. True Food is always a step ahead of the competition with the seasonal menu options and keeping some of the best of previous seasons. Everything is fresh and prepared for the many dietary needs and allergies. They make wanting to eat healthy with exceptional flavor and presentation. I’m not aware of any other restaurant that can compare in any way, there the best at what they do.

We appreciate that this restaurant offers organic and grass fed items. We have visited several times and usually have a good experience. Once before we ordered grass fed steak and it was not good. We eat grass fed steak at home and this one at True Food was tough and lot of gristle. This last visit, we ordered the meatloaf which tasted very good. The only thing was that it was served warm but we would have liked it a little hotter. We ate on the patio which we like but the noise of the chairs scraping on the patio floor when the chairs are moved is very annoying.

Service was great, our server was very attentive. My kids love the organic high quality food, with all the vegan and vegetarian options. I like my meat, we are all happy!

I ordered the Hawaiian fried rice, something I would NEVER typically order and it was outstanding. All our food was fresh & delicious. Our server was outstanding as well. Great experience!!

I have always been happy with True Food Kitchen. Yesterday was not good. 1: They did not have half of the wines listed on the wine list 2: The Chared cauliflower was not charred as it is supposed to be. 3: I asked for hot water with lemon that was never given until I asked again when alsmot done. 4: The waitress never came back to ask us if we were okay or needed anything . 5: She was to busy to serve well.

One of the Best places to eat around frisco plano area. Service is great, food is amazing and very tasty. Easy to get a reservation. Highly recommend!

We ordered two poke bowls. After about 15-20 minutes, the server tells us they don’t have enough tuna to make both bowls. Waiting that long to find out they are out of tuna is too long. They also did not comp a meal or offer a dessert or anything for the inconvenience. This is not a typical restaurant experience, so it was quite disappointing.

Unfortunately, one of our plates had a hair in it and one dish meat way over cooked the other had the server put his thumb inside the plate and that was gross. Very disappointed by our experience

Not for everyone. The workers were friendly, but I bet they are sick of people by the end of the day. The design of the restaurant amplifies the chaos of the space and workers. Open kitchen, lots of staff and all of the conversations between customers. It's too much stimulation and not relaxing at all.

Paid $19 for a burger. Asked for it medium-rare and it came out cooked too well. The hamburger itself had not much of a taste especially at this price point

Our server, Bobby was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! It was a great location for our group to enjoy an evening together with great food.

Excellent service! The brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc that came with my chicken wrap were AMAZING! WOW! After attempting to sit outside, the music coming from muscle cars was incredibly loud so we asked to go inside, and were graciously accommodated. Green tea was quite good, too. Would definitely return here.

The food was very tasty and delicious. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, kale salad, chicken sausage pizza and the Hawaiian rice. Simply put fresh and deliciously good. The waiter was excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu. He suggested the carrot cake which was moist and fresh!

I had a lovely lunch meeting reservation and had the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl. It was awesome and gluten-free. Jon was our waiter and he really did provide us with great customer service.
