    Went recently in Phoenix and loved it, the Plano location, not so much. Our server seemed ill-informed and was extremely slow…maybe he was new.

    This is our first less than great experience at True Foods. The service was the worst we've had there. He was very confused and when we told him we were ready to put our order in, because it was taking so long, he walked away from the table. It took forever, the food was ok where it has been excellent before. The brunch Hueveos Rancheros looked like a joke with how small the portion was. All around way less of a quality experience than what we were expecting from previous visits.

    Love this place because of their option for healthy food and even organic options .They have organic Tempeh when most restaurants do not even have organic Tofu. Great place for health contiouse people and delicious food. Cons: The chairs are very uncomfortable. Pure metal with no cushion and very thiny like for children ( even for a pettit and normal weight person like myself). That is the only thing that keeps us to avoid this place when there are more than 2 people in our group. I hope they will change the chairs.

    Had a reservation(anniversary)we were traveling for the weekend… and did not realize how had hard it is to park here. We called and notified we were running a few minutes late. We had a table right away but were set next to a round table and were very close to them. It was 2 adults and a child but after a few minutes they added 2 more adults to the small table. The lady had her back of her head almost on our table. It was really awkward for both of us and extremely hard to talk. We could not move over at all because of a plant. The server was nice but quietly awkward. No suggestions for moving or meals etc. no mention of anniversary or are you celebrating anything. Food was good! Drinks just ok…loved new bison pizza.

    It was pretty loud so I was overstimulated pretty quickly, however that was just the lunch rush so maybe go at an unpopular time if that bothers you. I felt so healthy eating my Mediterranean Wrap (it was just okay). I liked the prickly pear refresher (however all the refreshers and spritzers are quite bitter so be careful of that). The pepperoni pizza was really good as well!!

    The cocktail glasses were not clean. Not a great start to the dining experience. The place was out of vodka and tequila too.

    Food was amazing. I choose True food because I’m vegan and the rest of my family is not but we all appreciate healthy food and variety. The menu has so much variety there is something for everyone. I had the teriyaki mixed bowl and added the the smoked tempeh it was so delicious.
