True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. The Salmon and Grass Fed Burger was really good and so was their smoked old fashioned.

If I could give ten stars I would. The restaurant is impeccably clean. My food was incredibly fresh, even the slice of lime in my Prickly Pear Tisane looked like fruit you see in advertisements. My OG Grass-Fed Burger was cooked to perfection, and the kale side salad was so good I asked if they sold the dressing and told them to bottle it and sell it. I asked to take some home and they gave me two portions which I will use happily in my own kitchen. The service was friendly and top notch. The atmosphere was fresh like the food, serene and lively. I am so happy to be back in the suburbs and to find my Chicago favorites close to where I live now. I’ll be back next week, and l often.

Always a favorite. The food choices are wonderful. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl. I also love the teas and healthy beverage choices
