We had the most AMAZING time at True Food Kitchen. Definitely one of my top favorite restaurants in Nashville right now (and we go to a LOT of restaurants) I am obsessed with their menu! Such delicious, healthy options. We ordered the Yam n Cheese sandwich with the Kale Caesar, Bison sourdough pizzas, and the Roast sandwich. All of it was incredible. The food isn't the only good part. The service that we had was amazing. Our server was so knowledgeable and catered to allergy requests diligently. The ambiance was bright and fun, while not being overwhelming. We will 100% be back!

Plenty of healthy, not necessarily low calorie options. Food is good, not great. A little price for some things. The tomato soup is always good, as are the edamame dumplings. Tuna poke bowl is good but again, not great. Our server, Luke, was very good.

My husband and I go to True Food weekly, for years. We had Jackson as our waiter for the first time and he was amazing! TFK has always been one of our favorites but Jackson made it easily #1. He went above and beyond we felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant lol thank you Jackson!!

Started with the fantastic guacamole and an extremely tasty peach mojito!! Good service and food! One minor complaint: I always order a pizza due to a number of food allergies. I’m not sure why the past two times the toppings haven’t extended all the way to the edge. Did you change the crust? Cutting costs? No clue. Too much crust. Still very yummy, but not as good as before.
