True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Expand your palate with our Edamame Dumplings, grab a bite of comfort food with our Grass-fed Burger or Lasagna Bolognese, or enjoy lighter fare with our O.G. Very diverse menu. Interesting food and drinks. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections make this great for a large group. Even the non-vegetarian options are healthy. The best part is the patio is pet friendly!

We were so saddened to find out the chopped salad is no longer on the menu! That salad was one of the main reasons we came to True Food Kitchen. PLEASE bring back the chopped salad...we're begging you!!!

Service was slow tho not many customers. Our guy was not in any mood to be around people. He was bartending and trying to service tables. Hard to do both I bet. Bummer. Everything else was lovely as usual! Thank you!

It was Mother’s Day. I didn’t have a high expectations however, I have frequented this restaurant numerous times before, and the food was really subpar on this visit. The pineapple fried rice was excessively spicy which it had never been in the past. The avocado toast was like a very thin smear of avocado on a rock. It was disappointing, considering I have always loved this restaurant.

Everything was great except for the pita chips with the guacamole. The new chips for this season are way too crisp almost hard to chew
