True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Delicious food! Everything was so good and we felt good after sharing an app and finishing entrees, instead of blah and gross like we would've if we'd gone to another restaurant nearby we had considered. Service was friendly, but busy. I cannot wait to go back. Great for lunch with friends or a healthier dinner for a fun date night.

Even though the restaurant was filled to capacity we were attended to immediately. Service was very good, the wait (for food) was reasonable and environment was very pleasant. We liked that the food and its ingredients were locally-sourced. Food bowls were a must try.

This was a terrible experience. I went for Mother’s Day and the service was terrible. I had to ask three times to get my drink and he barely knew what to do. I could never find him when I needed to ask a question. The food was made incorrectly. It was supposed to have cheese on it and it didn’t so I asked and the waiter brought back a cup with shredded cheese in it! It was supposed to be melted on the sandwich, so he took it to the back room where it proceeded to come burnt and tasted burnt. I asked for a manager and the manager did nothing for me, did not apologize or even seem to care that our food was made incorrectly. The manager was rude and did not help my overall experience. The portions were too small for the price. The whole experience makes me never want to go back and never suggest this place to my friends.

Always good food, servers are nice, but the service is so slow and everything takes so much time. Even asking for more water took a VERY long time.

We came for Mother’s Day brunch on Saturday morning. We ordered the brunch tower. They did accommodate us to substitute the salmon toast with avocado toast which is great, but they were out of the mini quiches which was disappointing because everything else was sweets I was just surprised they didn’t have it being Mother’s Day weekend and we were the first table of the day. The service was good and the food was decent. Nice presentation of the food.

The food was delicious overall, but the beef breakfast sausage included in BIG EGG BREAKFAST was overcooked and hard and not tasty. The waiter's service and smile were good. The store was also clean and quiet. One more thing I wish the checkout would be done digitally instead of handwritten. To avoid having to look at the bill and calculate tips in front of my guests during important breakfast meetings.
