I love being able to eat good clean food without all the additives and seed oils. I appreciate the creativity of the chef. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

We cannot believe they removed the Chopped Salad from the menu! There are only two salad choices now which are very plain. After messaging the corporate offices on IG we were told that some ingredients supposedly can't be sourced anymore. Seriously I wish they would be more transparent! There were almonds, manchego cheese, grains, dates in that salad which are obviously more expensive than the new salad ingredients. The new salads also have fewer ingredients. Bigger profit margin-shrinkflation? My kale salad had lemon, kale, garlic, bread crumbs (seriously)? with a bit of parmesan on top-and that's it. The wait staff said lots of complaints are coming in about this.

TFK everywhere is reliable: good clean food and surroundings; the Dallas location is no exception. We had a tuna poke bowl, a GF pizza, and a steak salad, all very good but nothing exceptional. Same with service; our server took care of us sufficiently but without much personality or interaction. We were there midday and it was LOUD! Portions were generous and prices in line with food served. Space is attractive, outside dining looked appealing but it was just a little too cool for us to opt for al fresco.

Good experience but wish they would put my "go to" chop salad back on the menu. No one understands why they removed this popular item from their menu.

Food was a little disappointing- not very hot and bland. Farmers breakfast needs more salt (Bacon? Ham?) or more cheese for flavor. Kale ade was good, as usual.

It is always delicious, but the location at lunch is incredibly loud, you cant have a conversation.

I always love this restaurant b/c I feel like I have done something good for my body. New menu is good, but sorry to see the old Salmon dish has been discontinued. It was so good. Tip for the restaurant….the hostess had so much perfume on it almost upset my stomach. The last thing a restaurant employee should do is wear fragrance of any kind.

Ordered a nice Oregon Pinot Noir, very tasty but pricey ($14) for a 6 ox glass. Had the basic hamburger, ordered medium (came out medium well to well) so not so juicy but liked the spices flavor. They were training a new employee as server so we actually had 2 servers. The trainee was probably on her first day. Lots to learn. Skipped dessert.

The tasting menu was next level. I don't usually leave True Food this full, but I couldn't stand to not taste everything. Such unusual combinations. Can't wait to go back.

Each course was better than the last. Salmon, horse radish dressing, pot roast with gouda slider, mocktails and chocolate chip cookie with ice cream were all outstanding.

Today, my family and I visited this restaurant for brunch. I would caution against dining here if you have an infant, as the bathroom lacks a changing table and is quite cramped. Unfortunately, I had to resort to changing my 3-month-old in the car. Additionally, our experience was marred when the waitress accidentally spilled an alcoholic beverage on my 3-year-old daughter, soaking her from head to toe. Despite the mishap, the waitress failed to provide any assistance or even offer a towel, leaving my daughter upset. While I didn't expect a complimentary meal, a small gesture like a scoop of ice cream or a muffin would have been appreciated. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, and the staff accommodated my dietary restrictions by providing dairy-free options.

The server kept interrupting us. Yes, check on your tables because it every 5mins, even after we said we would flag him down when and if we needed something. It made for an unproductive business meal that we went to another restaurant to finished.

True food Kitchen was even better than I expected. I’m a hospitality industry gal and a bit picky. Went for a leisurely lunch with a business friend who has food allergies and sensitivity and hoped she could really enjoy a meal out for once. It was perfect!!! Our server was Maria, what a beautiful person she is… She was absolutely fantastic and truly made our time a culinary experience with recommendations that made all the difference. We had the Yellow Squash Soup which was delicious and a pizza. It was amazing! I want the recipes. Hats off to True Food Kitchen! Well done and appreciated. Hotel people eating out 👍

True Food in Preston Center is a go-to restaurant for lunch or dinner - or even wine after work. I love the food - I always feel a bit more virtuous when I go there, and it's delicious and fresh. The staff is helpful and smart. Love love it and them!

Waitress spilled red wine on my shirt. Felt bad for her so I didn’t cause a scene and figured someone would apologize/ comp some of our meal. Waiter only took off 20% ($15) after seeing my new shirt stained.

The food was great. Loved the variety of gluten free items. I also loved the grass fed beef items. Wait staff initially brought hamburger with regular bun by mistake, but this was quickly fixed.
