I love the food here. Fresh & healthy, but the prices have gone up quite a bit. $78 for lunch for 2 people & neither of us had alcohol. The noise level was quite high & it was hard to hear each other. But I will definitely be back. True Food Kitchen is the only restaurant in Dallas that does elevated healthy dining. One disappointment - this was a birthday lunch & I mentioned that when I made the reservation & asked if they did anything special - never heard back & nothing was mentioned.

We love going here with the family although it’s a bit noisy, they don’t have a baby changing table and they always seem understaffed! Plus this time there was a leak in the ceiling mg of the covered patio. Food is great though!

Loved our lunch at True Food Kitchen. The new menu has so many great options! The Roasted Corn flatbread, citrus salmon salad and the new teriyaki bowl were all excellent. I can’t wait to come back to try more new items. Service was also great on the patio with a nice breeze.

I am not fond of new menu sadly. I miss the chopped salad. So I tried salmon citrus salad but it was too spicy. My husband had the tuna poke bowl and he felt it was too spicy even after hand picking the fresh jalapeño off.
