True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Enjoyed the atmosphere and we thought the food was delicious, but we had terrible service. After our waiter brought us drinks, we never saw him again until we had to get his attention because one of the meals never showed up. All around disappointed.

Say for over 10 minutes with no service. Had to go to the hostess stand to get a server. Guacamole came with maybe 6 chips. Had to ask for water. Had to ask for salt and pepper. Overall not a great experience for Father’s Day.

This has been our favorite clean food restaurant in Alpharetta for years, but the last few visits have not been up to par and last night was the worst yet! They have an excellent menu and generally have a friendly and quick wait staff, but the food coming out of the kitchen is not near as good as it used to be. Last night we found live and dead bugs in our obviously unwashed lettuce leaves that came out with the hummus, the grass-fed steak was like chewing gum, the mac and cheese was cold and watery and the side of potatoes came out cold. The rest was edible but not the taste or quality that we expect from TFK. We shared all of this with the manager, Shanton so he can hopefully get the help he needs to fix the problems! It's a fabulous restaurant when the kitchen is able to prepare it correctly using the right ingredients and serve it hot if it should be hot! We plan to give it another try, but waiting several months and for now will find other options in the area ;) Good luck Shanton and thanks for paying for our dinner and listening to our concerns! We heard yours too and hopefully corporate can help you figure it out and get back on track! Wishing you all the best!

Food was good and our server was very nice. But the host lady was very rude with a patronizing tone, no greeting no eye contact.

True Foods food is not the same like it used to be. Quality is less and the bowls have zero flavor. Pizzas are great and burgers are good. The menu needs a major update date and they always remove their best salads which makes me not want to eat there.

Menu getting a little too healthy for me. Chicken pita is a good choice but should be hot. Or at least provide the option. My server was terrific, her name was Laura.
