Visit us on Ribbon Ridge! At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines, and recently launched Brixeur Spirits. Three wine flights are offered daily; tasting fees are waived with a minimum purchase. Spirits tastings are offered in the cottage on weekends, and in the wine tasting room daily upon request.

We have both indoor and outdoor options available for seated tastings. Please let us know your preference when booking your reservation. Cheese and Charcuterie plates now available on-site; no outside food please.

Wine tastings range from $40-50, and spirits tastings are $30.

Due to space limitations, reservations are recommended.

Nick was an amazing host and really gave us an exceptional experience! The spirits were knock your socks off and the location perfect! We joined the spirits club and cannot wait to come back!

We got to try two flights, and a few spirits. It was nice because they don’t bring the flights all at once. They let you finish your first glass of wine and they come back to introduce you to the next. We also got their large plate it serves 4 people and it was plenty for each of us to try a bit of everything. The staff member we got, I believe was an owner, she was very nice and super knowledgeable about the wines, spirits and charcuterie board.

This was a great whiskey tasting venue, with a really cool whiskey cellar vibe. We combined this with a wine class at the winery, everything in one spot. Staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable about both the whiskey and the wines.

Wonderful place for a conversation with a dear colleague at the end of a hard week. The service was wonderful, the food was tasty and the bubbly flight was delicious.

Had a great time winetasting up at Trisaetum! Great wines, beautiful art, and awesome staff. Beth took care of my group and I. She was kind, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to chit chat with. Can't wait to go back!

We actually didn't eat here but the wines...wow, they are incredible! Some of our favorite pinot noirs right now and they're on 2021's so have lots of room for aging. Highly recommend them for this as well as their service and knowledgable staff!

Trisaetum offers the best wine tasting experience in the willamette valley. They have a wide array of delicious wines including Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and sparkling wine. They offer an amazing charcuterie board with phenomenal meats cheeses and more. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable (Alice and jasmine are particularly great). The tasting room has beautiful views and is decorated by beautiful paintings created by the owner.

A cold snowy day in wine country. Tasting room has very comfortable seating and spectaculare views across the sloping vineyards with forest in background. Staff are verykind and knew their wines and wine lore

Trisaetum is amazing. Alice and jasmine are fun and kind and so knowledgeable about wine. They have a great variety of amazing wine, a beautiful gallery of paintings from the talented winemaker, and a great charcuterie platter if you get hungry. The vibe is very welcoming for anyone from a wine newbie to a total oenophile.

Wow trisaetum is a very impressive place. Alice and jasmine made me feel at home and they were happy to educate me about wine. I felt comfortable asking questions and knew they really knew their stuff. The wine is amazing and they have a big variety.

Courteous, personable and knowledgeable service, as always. This was not a dining, but a wine-tasting experience. To reiterate; this is not a restaurant, but a wine-tasting venue.

Good variety, with focus on reds. Art gallery setting inside or heated covered deck outside - there's a seat/experience for everyone. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Small, but just right food menu. Spirits room has a fun Speak Easy feel. There's something for everyone here at Trisaetum.

We had a great time. Alice was wonderful....but sometimes you have to call her Denise. Thanks for an incredible wine tasting and fun stories and laughter. I will never say that my wine tastes like potatoes! It was a great way to end our anniversary trip. We will definitely be back.

Thanks to Alice for a lovely wine tasting with our friends! The Riselings and the Walla Walla Cabernet were standouts, and we were very happy to bring home some bottles to enjoy. Looking forward to visiting again to enjoy your new releases this fall.

Did a wine tasting for four. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Artwork is worth the visit. Whole cluster Pinot noirs. Joined the wine club. Next visit will include the distillery. Highly recommend.

Beautiful estate full of art pieces from the owner and wonderful outdoor sitting area. Wines are pretty good and we got bottles for everyday drinking; nothing particularly outstanding though, but very enjoyable. Service is good, though I wish the hosts are more knowledgeable about wines and wine making; as it stands our host seems just reciting the back story of each wine and nothing more.

The speakeasy atmosphere was amazingly comforting with a feel of authenticity. Nick was a great host. He was enthusiastic, energetic and very knowledgeable about all spirits. Would definitely recommend Brixeur spirits tasting to everyone wishing an outing with a great experience.

What a great experience! The vineyard grounds were beautiful on our rainy day. The wine tastings were very pleasing to our palettes. However our experience was amazing due to Alice. Her personality, knowledge and a million dollar spirit with smile was the highlight of our visit. Thank you Alice for a great day!

The winery patio was the perfect spot to enjoy the flight of wine and charcuterie board. Alice was a delight! Super knowledgeable about the various wines and very friendly. Can't wait to enjoy the Nuit Blanche wine I purchased.

Nick is just the best. The gin is amazing! Wine club members, pay attention, slow down and read. Just because you have the wine club membership, this does not mean you get free tastings for the spirits! It is a separate tasting fee unless you are a member of Brixeur Spirits, of which you should totally join as they do a lot of cool things for those members ! It’s worth the price! Can’t wait to do it again.

Trisaetum to me is an outlier. To produce/create such an array of fine wines (Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Bod reds, Sparkling) and do it so well is a testament to the skills/creativity of James and his production team. The TR staff does such a great job in sharing the story/info and meeting the guests where they are. We and our guests (we are a tour company) love their spot on humor and gracious way. The spirits.. that's a whole other thing!

Jasmine was very accommodating We came to the conclusion that your glasses do not allow the wine to breath properly. We tried the same wines with the water glasses and felt the wine was better and allowed it to breath.
