Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Trillium offers a locally-inspired, regionally sourced American menu that favors classic tastes and chic presentations, allowing the food — comprised of fresh fish, grass-fed beef, and local organic produce — to take center stage.

Join us for Happy Hour in Trillium every week, Sunday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm with half off appetizers and $4 well drinks and draft beers!

Enjoy complimentary valet parking for up to 3 hours when you dine. Trillium also provides complimentary wireless internet access, and a private dining room that may be reserved upon request. Seasonal outdoor dining options are also available.

    Had a reservation on Mothers Day, we were seated right away, off to a good start. Waited a very long time for drinks and to order and Food took FOREVER, literally over 1hr from sitting to eating. Filet was great! Fish and Chips were good, naked burger was just ok. Not what we hoped for on Mother’s Day.

    the food (and menu) is far better than you would expect from a "hotel restaurant." We chose Trillium as a stand alone restaurant, no need for the hotel.

    It was our first time there. The place is very nice. We were greeted right away and The waiter was very friendly and fast. He never let our drinks gone empty and shared his recommendations. Overall great experience

    Trillium is a gem and a favorite for brunch or breakfast. I haven’t tried later in the day but assume their lunch and dinner are just as good. The food is fabulous, the service attentive and polite, and the food comes quickly enough.

    The food left a lot to be desired. Those of us that got the fish and chips were very disappointed. Tough, stringy and two of us had pieces with tail. We had eaten there once before and it was very good then - 3 pieces of fish instead of 2 and all three were great. Probably won't eat there again.

    Trillium provided an exceptional dining experience for us. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling overwhelmed. The menu offered a satisfying variety without being overwhelming, and the portions were generous, providing excellent value for money. All six dishes we ordered were delicious and served promptly. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, with bright, earthy tones creating a comfortable atmosphere that belied its hotel location. The cocktails were both tasty and promptly delivered. Overall, Trillium exceeded our expectations, and we eagerly anticipate returning and recommending it to friends and family.

    Troy was our waiter, very friendly, came to the table exactly the right amount, excellent waiter. Food was phenomenal, the pico was fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy. Poached eggs were perfection, the breakfast burrito and corned beef hash were fantastic!
