Wir waren immer sehr gerne im 19grams. Der Kaffee war immer hervorragend. Leider haben wir die letzten Male immer wieder schlechten, desinteressierten Service der Mitarbeitenden erlebt. Am 1. Mai (Feiertag) war kaum etwas los. Trotz der wenigen Besucher wurden wir nicht am Tisch bedient und mussten uns selbst das Wasser selbst organisieren. Für 4,50€ pro Kaffee erwarte ich einen besseren Service. Hier steht Preis-/ Leistung in keinem Verhältnis. Wenn ich eine Kantine aufsuchen möchte, tue ich das. Selbst nach 2 Stunden wurde uns kein neues Getränk angeboten. Ich werde mir in Zukunft andere Cafés suchen, in dem das Personal zugewandter ist.

Nur englische Kommunikation von der Bedienung möglich gewesen . Sprach kein deutsch. Dann ewig nichts passiert, da kein Personal anscheinend . Hat kalt und ungemütlich gewirkt im Lokal . Man fühlte sich nicht betreut sodass wir nichts gegessen haben, sind woanders hingegangen. Nicht zu empfehlen !

Wurden an einen Tisch gesetzt, der für uns unangenehm war. Nebenan war noch einer frei, so fragten wir die Kellnerin, ob wir wechseln dürfen. Die Antwort: Nein, später könnten noch größere Gruppen kommen. 5 Minuten später platzierte sie eine Einzelperson dort. Darauf angesprochen und warum es jetzt offensichtlich doch möglich sei, hatte sie nix zu sagen. Wir verließen daraufhin das Lokal. Waren dann in der Nachbarschaft und hatten dort ein tolles Frühstück und einen angenehmen Platz. Alles richtig gemacht

Very good brunch options and coffee. It was difficult to get someone to confirm if I could get a table for more than 6 people. Customer Service for these cases could be improved since this type of booking is not possible via OpenTable.

Das Essen ist leider zu kompliziert. Man wünscht sich zum Frühstück einfach ein gut gemachtes, warmes Ei auf Toast o.ä. Stattdessen gibt es hier ausschließlich seltsame Kreationen, die niemand am Morgen möchte, und die wegen ihrer Komplexität dann auch zu lange dauern und lauwarm serviert werden. Der Kaffee war auch immer wieder lauwarm, selbst bei Nachfrage. Schade, gerade für eine Rösterei.

Servicemitarbeiter haben nicht mal versucht auf den Gast einzugehen. Das gesamte Restaurant wirkte sehr schmutzig. Der Boden wirkte seit Tagen nicht sauber gemacht und die Flasche mit Wasser auf dem Tisch (was im Übrigen sehr positiv ist) war von außer ekelhaft und auch das Geschirr und Besteckt waren nur mäßig sauber gemacht. Aber sehr leckeres Essen, super Kaffee mit unterirdisch schlechtem Service.

The coffee was okay, though a little cold and it took very long until it was served. It wasn't too busy that day so I don't really know what took so long. We were also told that of the 10 food options, 2 were not possible to order so we ended up taking the aubergine (which was good) and the waffles, which were very very dry unfortunately. The service staff seemed annoyed, even though we were still friendly although having to wait 15 mins for our coffee. All in all it was okay, but I don't quite get the hype.

Even zoeken want het staat niet groot aangegeven. Mooie ruimte met goede stoelen. Bediening is vriendelijk en vlot. Eten wordt met zorg bereid en is zeer smakelijk. Koffie is erg goed! Jammer dat de toiletten niet echt schoon waren. (Zondag ochtend 10 ur).

Leider waren wir enttäuscht. Die Tische, die Karte und die Flasche Wasser, die uns auf den Tisch gestellt wurde, sahen alle schmutzig aus. Wir hatten bei der Reservierung nach einem Kinderhochstuhl gefragt, der nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Den, den wir dann im Nachhinein bekommen habe, mussten wir erst einmal selbst Grund reinigen. Haben uns daraufhin entschieden zu gehen. Deshalb können wir die Qualität der Waren nicht beurteilen.

They did not save us a reservation even though we used this service! Super disappointed. Dont recommend the restaurant because they were rude and didnt even try to help us even though it was not a problem from our side Dont recommend OpenTable platform either for not checking if they are connected at all to the restaurants

We were the only ones in there when we arrived…but about 20 minutes later the place was heaving. Queuing down the street. And no surprise, the ingredients were sensational and the breakfast options were wide, but not too wide that they couldn’t exceed in what they delivered. Tucked away around a corner. Edgy. Fresh and perfect service with great music!

When I arrived for my reservation, we were told we couldn’t dine in because one of the people in my company had a vaccination certificate from outside of the EU. Although the vaccination was with Pfizer, and the document was accepted by the immigration office to let this person into Germany, the QR code was not scannable by the European app. There was no option to fill out a paper form, as there usually is in every other restaurant, and we didn’t run into this issue at an other restaurants or cafes in Berlin. I want to be 100% clear about two things. I understand there are a lot of rules and restrictions for every-day service industry workers to take into account, and this review is not a reflection of the staff that was working that day, nor should the border be placed on them. The management for the cafe needs to do better with their systems and coordination, so that it is in sync with the rest of what’s happening in the city in regards to Covid rules and regulations.

While the location is not so attractive, the coffee here is always great, and their desserts are heavenly. It can be a bit too loud inside, but you have the option to sit outside when the weather allows it. The staff seemed to take great care of the new hygiene rules.

The place is well=designed and nice. Short but absolutely fantastic menu. Unfortunately, our order got forgotten and after an hour of waiting, we got to know that we have to order once again as it wasn't in the system. A waiter forgot to put it there. To compensate it he took drinks on him. But to be honest it ruined the impression of the place.

Super leckerer Kaffee, sehr sanft im Geschmack! Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich und für Kinder wurde ein kleiner Extrawunsch erfüllt. Speiseauswahl zum Frühstück recht klein, aber dafür lecker! Alle waren begeistert. Sonntags ab 11 Uhr gut gefüllt.

Excellent food and service and one of the best latte's I've ever had (you don't need sugar, it's very smooth.) We had the eggs benedict, the pea soup, the muesli bowl and the scrambled eggs on the brioche and everything was delicious. The restaurant took reservations for brunch, which was a plus and was pleasant and quiet with large open windows. Will be back when I'm in Berlin.
