Service was so bad. We got our food before he brought our drinks to the table. We also asked two other servers there to let our server know he still never brought our drinks and they did not let him know! Food was delicious but forgot the shrimp on my salad. I think the server wasn’t paying attention while taking our order. I’ve been here more than once and couldn’t believe how disappointed I was with our server. I brought some first timers with me and they were very disappointed.

We had a fabulous day for Mother's day brunch. The oyster platter with all of the assorted oysters was something to behold and enjoy. Another highlight of our dining experience was our waitress who was outstanding. Kelli was the best in everything you want in a waitress. Thank you for that.,

Everything was great for a Mother's Day brunch with my wide and step-daughter. Bottomless mimosas came so easy our glasses were never empty. The food here is always consistent and good. Our server Marvin was great. Reservations are easy to get. Valet parking convenient.

The food was very thoughtful with great flavors. Portion sizes were perfect. Service was good even though it was brought to our attention they were understaffed and not expecting a "big rush" in the last hour of service. Overall, it was a great experience, and would go back for sure.

The cuisine at Trenasse is as close to down-the-bayou South Louisiana cuisine as you will find in New Orleans. The boudin balls and gumbo are delicious and appropriately earthy. The po-boys at lunch are quite good. My only suggestion is to put more cabbage on the po-boys...the roll is a bit soft and the whole thing needs a bit more crunch to be completely satisfying. Service was efficient and friendly and the restaurant never gets too noisy. All in all, one of my favorite places in the CBD for lunch.

I love this place. I hate that they didn't have the crab for the omelet nonetheless the crabcake benedict was amazing. The grits are very creamy and you cannot beat $15 bottomless mimosas! Will definitely return next time I am in NOLA.

Downtown so parking is inconvenient, but it is what it is. Louder than expected. Food was good but a little overpriced for what it is. May come back for drinks and oysters, but not for a full blown meal.

My husband and I ordered off the Coolinary menu, so we got everything offered. All four dishes were delicious and I strongly recommend people try them if they like biscuits and gravy, deviled eggs, and eggs Benedict.

My server was fantastic! She waited on my party of 6 hand and foot. She kept the mimosas coming absolutely loved the food and the atomosphere. 10/10 recommend.

Being that it’s part of the lobby for the intercontinental. The ambience wasn’t quite as romantic as expected. However, the service was phenomenal 99% of the food was really fantastic. And the stuff that wasn’t exceptional, was still pretty good.

This the first time my wife and I have been to Trenasse. It was wonderful to find a hotel restaurant that actually competes with other well known restaurants in NOLA. Being a Sunday night, it wasn’t busy, so the place was quiet. But I get the feeling it’s usually quiet. Our server Viktor was very attentive and knowledgeable. He even offered us a taste of a new Pinot Noir, even though we’d ordered a nice French wine. Nice bonus! The food was delicious. I ordered the fresh catch which was flounder. So fresh and delicate. My wife had the Taste of Trenasse, a trio featuring redfish, crawfish pot pie and a delicious sausage preparation. We finished with praline bread pudding which was quite rich and decadent. We will remember Trenasse in the future.

I highly would recommend Trenasse the food was great! I had the boudin hash and eggs and the praline bread budding was delicious. The bottomless mimosas were just that bottomless. They never let the glass get empty before refilling. I will be returning.

This is a hotel restaurant, serving hotel food in my opinion. The muffi that I ordered was not the usual blended olive salad but rather mostly chopped cauliflower in olive oil… little to no olives. Had to ask waitress for sweetener for my tea, there was no salt and pepper shakers on the table so I got tired of asking for normal restaurant items from a waitress who was not very friendly.

Overall nice. We asked for our meat medium cooked and came out more well done and therefore was quite tough and I didn’t eat it The service was good All in all nothing to write home about but not bad Average food and experience

We went for Sunday brunch and I’m not sure if the acoustics of the place but it was just really loud. There was a duo playing music and singing and they were good but too loud for our liking. Should be more background type music. Hard to have a conversation at the table. Service was great (Greg was our server) and food was very good.

The restaurant was very clean and had a really good atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was incredible. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi special and my date had the BBQ shrimp. Both were really good, but the Praline bread pudding was probably the best dessert I've ever had. The prices were a little high, but I would definitely go back

It's in a great location, the service is good, and the cocktails are tasty. However, I've eaten here twice and none of the dishes I tried (apps, mains, desserts) made an impression. It's not a place I would invite visitors to try.

I have been here twice so far and both times was excellent. Food was exquisite the value for dollar is well worth it with a great city view I highly rate this restaurant as one of my favorites and I will be back many more times.

Loved the ambiance and the vibe of the restaurant. The gumbo was absolutely delicious and actually my favorite out of all the ones I've tried from different spots. The burger was done to my liking and the duck and sweet potato waffle appetizer was *chef's kiss*. The server was a little confused but he made up for it with the quick turnaround on our food. Would definitely recommend!
