Depuis son ouverture en mai 2006, le Treadwell est devenu l'un des restaurants les plus réputés du Canada. Il est situé à Niagara-on-the-Lake et sa philosophie « de la ferme à la table » permet au chef et propriétaire Stephen Treadwell de mettre en valeur les meilleurs produits de saison de Niagara et du Sud-ouest de l'Ontario. La carte des vins, créée par le sommelier et propriétaire James Treadwell, comporte les meilleurs vins de l'Ontario.

    One of the best meals I’ve had in quite some time. The attention to detail and quality of the ingredients were second to none and at a reasonable price at that! Perhaps one of the best all around meal experiences ever, in fact. The beef tartare was superb & the seafood, fresh local ingredients & sauces were outstanding! Well done.

    Have been wanting to come to this farm-to-table restaurant for the longest time so was lucky enough to get a booking to celebrate my birthday. Although I had booked for a standard table, when we reached there we opted for an outdoor table and even though we were 30 minutes early, the restaurant staff were able to assign an outdoor table immediately. Had heard and read such wonderful reviews about this restaurant and it lived up to it!! We opted for Wine Pairings and the wines provided for each course were spot on!! Both the food and service were par excellence and our server, Kristin and the sommelier were simply awesome. All in all a very memorable birthday dinner and sure to become one of our most favorite restaurants in Niagara-on-the lake!! Highly recommend!!

    We had a delicious dinner and chef was able to tweak my husband's meal due to an allergy. Atmosphere was perfect and server was friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend and will return.

    We had a delightful evening. Service was good, food was interesting, well cooked and tasty. Three people with a variety of food choices, wine had to be by the glass. The wine choices, by the glass are very limited. Noise level is always high, but the food makes it acceotable

    We really enjoyed our pre-show lunch at Treadwell. The food was lovely, the wine recommendation on point, and the service was outstanding. We'll be back!

    We enjoyed the most delicious 4 course dinner at Treadwell Cuisine in NOTL. The presentation of each course was beautiful. The wine selection was excellent. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They treated us like we were the only ones in the room. A very memorable experience- can’t wait to go back again!
