Went for Sunday brunch. Menu was blah and the food was nothing to write home about. The server was sweet but service was slow and sporadic. Had to ask for water to be refilled. ambiance could have been better. Loud music and nothing about it was Italian. The tables were laid out too close for comfort.

Really enjoyed dinner and catching up with a girlfriend. Our server was very good at meeting our needs but not being bothersome while we chatted away!

Have eaten here many times and sadly this experience didn’t live up to the normal quality of service. We were dining with a small child so made early 5:45pm reservation’s. The waiter must have been new or was in a terrible mood as he wasn’t very warm or friendly or accommodating to our requests. The service was slow and it took over an hour + for our main meal to arrive. The child’s dinner came out with the salads which was nice but a little too early bc of the slowness for the main course. To make matters worse we were celebrating a birthday that was noted on the reservation and it wasn’t acknowledged. It was even mentioned to the waiter when we arrived. We had to request dessert menus but the waiter was so rude we decided it was time to leave. Like I’ve said before, I have eaten here several times and luckily the food is always good. However the waiter’s demeanor, slow service and no birthday wishes made for a poor showing. Maybe us bringing a small child is to blame however I think it will be some time before I eat here again. Tre Vele you were sadly a disappointment this evening and put on a damper on what should have been a joyous occasion.

Amazing experience- loved the floral ambiance rooftop. It was so beautiful 🤩 our server was amazing… management came around to every table to ask about our experience and to make sure we needed nothing. The Whipped Ricotta with honey appetizer was delicious! The Veal Parmigiana was huge, tasty and came on the bone (ymmmmy) - also the squid ink pasta with seafood dish was delicious. Our waiter (i wish i could remember his name) was too notched! We asked for a non alcohol cocktail and he made us a blueberry lavender spritzer which made us feel special and was also top notch! Overall a 10 out of 10! We will be back!

The food, as usual was very good. But we were stuck on the downstairs patio with a table that was wobbly crammed into a corner. It wasn’t suitable for the quality of restaurant. We weren’t able to get attention during the meal to order a glass of wine, and the manager seemingly moved right past us after checking in with other customers on the patio.

This restaurant was featured on Open Table, and I'm not sure why. It is pretty. The food was good. But other than that, I don't know why it was featured. We told our server on arrival that we just wanted to relax. Not to be rushed. It was a rare weekend night off for me, and a tough week, so we wanted to have a cocktail and relax. Honestly, the music was so loud, we could barely hear each other. It wasn't italian music, to match the cuisine. It was modern, dance club music. The bar right next to our table was loud. There was a piano. White. Our server told us this location was formerly a Russian cigar bar, with a black piano. Probably too much of a hassle to remove it when they did the switch to Italian, so now it's white, with candles on it. It only gets played for Sunday brunch. That seems a waste. Live music would have been nice, or at least something more fitting to the Italian theme. There were at least a dozen beautiful round glass globes hanging from the ceiling on our side of the dining room. They never got turned on. The other side of the dining room was lit up like a stage.?? Back to the service. As soon as we got our appetizer, exactly what we had asked not to happen, happened. Our apps cleared, then immediately our salads. My husband served first, before me, and from the right. In a rush, too busy to use table etiquette. The server never even offered to refill our wine. I guess that's the new thing. Open a bottle, get the sale, an initial pour. But never once to refill our glasses. But we're expected to tip. Then our server asked if we were ready for our dinners. I had to remind her several times that we did not want to be rushed. We wanted time between courses. We asked for 5-10 minutes. The food was good. But after dinner, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for her to bring our check. The old server trick, where they rush you to get the sale, but then they don't want another table, so they drag our the bill presentation. So disappointed.

Delicious food. Wonderful artichoke appetizer. Fantastic lobster risotto and lemon cappuccino desert was the best!
