Located at 911 West 11th St. in Houston, Trattoria Sofia is a Berg Hospitality Group concept that serves authentic, rustic Italian food in an intimate, romantic setting. With a focus on seasonal items, fresh ingredients and market availability, the menu features classic dishes served with a new twist. The Heights hotspot features a charming dining room and covered & climate controlled terrace reminiscent of a secret garden, where guests feel as if they've been transported to Italy.

We are excited to offer Riposino, a 2-course ‘Quick Lunch Break' for $24 per person. Enjoy it every Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm for dine-in only! Join us with coworkers or friends to enjoy items on our delicious lunch menu at a great price! Whether you want to have a quick business lunch or a long, leisurely outing with friends, just let your server know and they will accommodate you. Reservations are recommended, but not necessary, as the menu will be offered at the bar, in the dining room and on the terrace.

The food and service was excellent. Our server was Mauric. The noise level was very high, at times not able to hear the person sitting across from me. It was also very dark.

Our waiter was phenomenal! He recommended the pizza with prosciutto that was sweet and savory. Can’t remember the name of the pizza but it was SO good! And the waiter made the experience that much better. Will def return!

Such a great experience at Trattoria Sofia. This was first time and the service was just AMAZING! Wine and Food came out in a timely manner and staff always made sure to tend to us. The charcuterie was so delicious and more than enough for 2. The lamb ragù was SIMPLY AMAZING. The sauce and pasta was made homemade and you could for sure tell. We also ordered a margarita pizza and added chicken as our waiter mentioned. Also delicious- I will for sure be back as the pasta wowed me!!!!

From my first visit back when they opened through many other visits since, this is absolutely my favorite spot for dinner. The Cacio e Pepe is amazing. Always interesting Italian wines. But the service is what sets this gem apart.

We had a great dinner for Mother's Day. We had a large table of 8 and everyone enjoyed their food, drinks and appetizers. The moms and grandmothers loved the balloons and light up "I Love Mom" sign and took lots of photos. The outside patio had fun ambience making you feel like you were not even in Houston.

Service was perfect as always. The beets were delicious. The flavor of the octopus was as usual but this time texturally not as great.
