    This was our second time at this restaurant. We should have learned the first time. The nicest thing about our meal was our waiter, Ryan. The food was sub-par to say the least. My steak was ok, but my husband’s halibut and lobster pasta was TERRIBLE!! The halibut was not cooked enough, and the pasta was supposed to have lemon, butter and garlic sauce with lobster, but instead, it was the absolute hottest red sauce he’s ever had. I tried it and my gosh…it was pathetic! We were also told that there were only two times left on open table; ours at 8:00 and another at 8:15. No walk-ins. That was bs too, because MANY people were walking in way past 8:15. The best part about our meal was Ryan, our server. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame me. Never again. Don’t waste your money or time on this restaurant. We live close, so we’re sad about this; we’re not tourists. The atmosphere was LOUD and absolutely no ambiance. Pathetic and way overpriced!!

    Lovely ambiance, excellent food and service. Bottles of wine a bit high priced, but delicious. It was a great place to celebrate a birthday and my friend was made to feel very special!

    Our experience at Trattoria Lisina was amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary and were treated like royalty . Jessica was our server and she went above and beyond to make our meal special. We had the calamari, asparagus salad , filet Marsala and the lemon gelato. Everything was delicious. Hats off to Damian for creating such a special place.

    Pleasant drive to restaurant. Food and service was great as usual. Waiting area has very limited seating.

    Our server Carson was amazing; she did a great job and has a super personality! The restaurant was uncomfortably warm so it made the rest of the evening unpleasant.

    Since we stumbled upon Trattoria Lisina 25 years ago on our 1st Anniversary this has been our go to for family events and annual anniversary outings either just the two of us or as a family. We've never had a bad experience and even the 2 and 4-year old grandkids enjoyed their food and playing on the grounds - especially the gelato. While my wife and I tend to go for our tried and true favorites, our family always asks for the recommendation of the wait staff and have never gone wrong. Last night I moved beyond my traditional picks and had the veal scaloppini at the recommendation of Jennifer our waitress. It was one of the best if not the best scaloppini dishes I have ever had - tender, tasty, and an excellent portion. If you have not tried Trattoria Lisina you are missing a treasure.

    Trattoria Lisina is out favorite restaurant outside of Austin. The food is always delicious and the service, outstanding. My husband ate the Risotto with Frutti di Mare and I ate the gnocchi, which were really good, but I can recommend also the Carbonara and the Bistecca a la Fiorentina, all excellent choices. Then I had the Affogato, which is vanilla ice cream with a shot of hot espresso on top: Out of this world!
