It was our anniversary dinner. Great ambience! It was a little bit of a moment to get on with our reservation as it’s very busy. It was worth it. Service was great and the food was probably the best Italian we’ve had since our trip to Italy.

Way too loud. Server spoke poor English and couldn’t hear us. Pasta bland and unflavored. Our meals were wrong. Bread was dry and cold. Spaghetti and meatballs had only one meatball. Waste of $180!

Service was impersonal and rushed. Various servers gave no eye contact and didn’t seem interested in providing a dining experience. I’ve experienced better service at counter service restaurants. Food was mediocre. Came for homemade pasta but texture of pasta was disappointing. The four of us ordered 4 different pasta dishes. All lacked flavor especially the pesto pasta. Best thing we ordered was the Caesar salad. But that wasn’t anything special either. There’s better Italian restaurants. Not sure why so many positive reviews? Maybe bc the pasta portions are large?

Great vibe and place to visit before a Bruins game. I love the hustle and bustle of hte bar scene, but we also enjoyed a quieter vibe downstairs in the wine cellar/dining room. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The mussels were fantastic as an appetizer, along with a great selection of craft cocktails. I loved my Panino Cosmo! The Octopus or Gnocchi were ok, not the best we've had, but the Osso Bucco, Lasagne, and Linguine were fabulous! Service was well-timed and friendly, great selection of wines at an affordable price. Was a bit disappointed that there was no coffee or cappuccino service.

Mother’s Day family lunch. Waitress was not helpful and did not appear to want to be there. I asked for a Bloody Mary and still do not understand why it was not available. Overall food and portion sizes were very good, but Mussels tasted a bit fishy.

It was a very nice experience overall, they were accommodating of us having a small child, bringing her food out before ours so she had more opportunity to eat. For my meal, I had the lobster ravioli and it was one of the most flavorful, fresh, and delicious versions of this ravioli dish I have yet eaten.

Food was delicious, noisy place but the outstanding flavor of the food compensated. The waiter was kind but distracted, and we must say that our favorite person was the bartender! What a nice guy!!

The service was good, we sat on the patio which was nice. Food was ok, we split a salad and the Cacio e Pepe. It was not what we expected and more creamy like an Alfredo sauce. It was only ok because of that, just heavier than we had thought it would be but the flavor was ok. I would try the red sauce next time if we went back.

This restaurant seemed to be very popular and was crowded. The host staff was not friendly- very curt. We arrived a little early for our reservation- we were told we would receive a text when our table was ready and she pointed at the bar to wait. I asked about a restroom and the other hostess jerked her thumb to the back. Our server also was not friendly. She wanted to take our drink order and meal order at the same time. Our drinks arrived with dinner. She did not offer any specials. We saw a lot of diners having meals in a skillet. We had a young lady filling water glasses, etc. She was friendly, helpful and hard working. She told us the “skillet meals” were house specialties. It would have been nice to have this information from our server. There is a high turnover here. If you want a relaxing meal- go somewhere else- if you are I. A hurry- this might be a great place. We were in fed and out and back to our hotel 25 minutes away in and hour and 10 minutes!

I wasn't impressed at all. Very loud, we couldn't even hear our waitress, my food was not good I got the chicken Parm and I had to send it back 1 piece of chicken was so thin and tough to cut. I would not go back

Very disappointed! From the time we sat down to the time we got our check. It was 35 minutes. We had not even finished eating our appetizer, and they brought the entrée the minute we finished eating our entrée. The check was put on the table and the waiter said no rush, we were not asked if we would like an after dinner drink or anything else to say no rush when they could not even be respectful of allowing us to finish our appetizer before bringing our entrée was very disappointing

Service was terrible. It was busy, but she was texting openly at the bar all night. She initially bothered us nonstop to place our food order, then never revisited our table after dishes were cleared for over an hour. When we finally flagged her down for our check, she added on an automatic 20% tip for a two person table and said she “couldn’t remove it.” I have been a server before and this is not the case. It was inappropriate and unprofessional. Great food, but not worth the rude staff.

This is our go-to restaurant in the north end. Fantastic, quality, great menu choices, ambiance is wonderful and the servers are fantastic! Why try anywhere else?? We travel to Italy 1-2 times per year over the past 20 years and THIS is like being in Italy!!!!
