So I had a reservation at 9:30 but when we got there at 9:30, they said the kitchen is closed and can’t serve us pasta anymore which is disappointing because i was looking forward to that. Host was extremely nice about it though and we weren’t rushed at all.

Absolutely delicious food and great & attentive service. I am still trying to remember when I had such fantastic pesto! Definitely in the top 2. Crazy delicious!! Everything we tried was very tasty and the service was really good. The only disappointment was an IPA on the menu that was not available but I can give it a pass because everything else was exceptional. Truly a memorable experience and will come back when I return to NY.

Fantastic! Great food. The trapizzino took my e right back to Rome with each bite. Negroni was delicious. Will definitely return every time I am in NYC. Grazie mille ❤️

Had a reservation for 9pm on Saturday night that the hostess must have forgotten about. We ended up having to wait at the bar 20 plus minutes for our table. They sit us at the worst table in the restaurant in front of the entrance where the doors are consistently opening and letting in cold air. Drinks were very pricey for quality. Service was sub par. Our waiter/manager was not attentive to our tables needs consistently. Instead the manager/server was spending most of her time talking with another table in the corner who she seemed to be friends with. She would be consistently standing/sitting at that one table and not taking care of of the other customers. My drink was empty for a very long time multiple times and I tried to make the it obvious to bar staff and waiters and nothing occurred until I had to ask for another when a server was close by. For three people for dinner with tip it came out to $290 which is very pricey for our experience and not worth it in my opinion. Lastly I would like to comment about when you pay they force you to tip from the monitor. The options start at 25% tip and work their way above 30%. You could not select a tip lower then 25% unless you do the custom amount button. I think the percentages should be switched and start at perhaps 12-15% since this is the quality of service that we received.

Service was rude and unaccommodating for an Anniversary reservation made weeks prior. This is more like 2 restaurants in one- quieter full dining tables in the back and counter-esque fast casual service in front. We went with the intention of ordering several courses and a bottle of wine to celebrate but ended up sat a dingy small table right next to the front door, and were quite rudely (“take it or leave it”) refused a request to move to a quieter table (this request had been noted on the reservation as well). A seat at the bar would have been completely acceptable but despite space was not offered. We stayed only because we had time sensitive plans afterwards and were concerned finding someplace else on short notice. The experience was therefore patrons gathering in the doorway literally crowding into us waiting for service, rushed servers constantly knocking into the table (a cocktail was almost sacrificed to this) and a lingering bad taste in our mouths. We ordered a few items and quickly left. It’s a shame because the food was outstanding but I have no desire to ever return.
