There were eight of us and everyone enjoyed our meal. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. I highly recommend them, especially for a large party and for a celebration.

We all ordered different entrees which were delicious. The wait staff was perfect and only checked in with us at the appropriate times. Definitely will make a return visit. A neighborhood jem.

Great as always! 2 of us had the Caesar salad w/salmon and one had the steak til dinner. Everything was excellent!! Service was as friendly and efficient as always!

Great service, nice layout of the restaurant, pleasant atmosphere. The food itself was not great, nothing to complain about. And the value overall was very good - which may explain why the place was packed. You can see they focus on providing good service and that was impressive.

From the bussers, servers, bartender, kitchen staff, chef, owner...Town Tavern was working on all cylinders on a very busy Saturday night. Living in Arlington I usually enjoy the Tavern for lunch. This is scratch made eclectic, casual that is a notch above any Tavern fare I know of. The specials, appetizer, soup, sandwich and entree specials every month are creative, clever, seasonal, occasionally whimsical...think Cracker Jack fried clams w aforementioned Cracker Jack garnish w a little prize to boot...for a special App this month...who would put 2 kinds of fish, clams, shrimp, veggies in a bright Manhattan cup of the monthly soup, let alone a bowl? Answer Town Tavern!! Come and visit this local gem!!

We had a great birthday celebration for my friend at town tavern. We had a large party and the restaurant was quite crowded on a Friday night so our meals took a little longer than they should have, but all the food was very good and the restaurant cut our birthday cake we brought for us and served it, which I thought was very kind. Good food and good people. Just a solid delicious pub experience.
