Enjoy the Big Bay Boom firework show from the comfort of a premium waterfront ballroom with views of the fireworks over the bay. When booking this option, you will enjoy our Bay Boom Bash all you can eat buffet, which includes some tasty food and non-alcoholic drinks! This area is first come first serve with communal seating. Pricing is $80 per person for adults and $40 for kids 12 years and younger. This upfront payment will apply to your total bill, which is inclusive of 20% gratuity and exclusive of 7.75% tax. Additional items ordered not included in the buffet offerings, will be charged the day of the reservation.

The food was great. Most everything comes as an appetizer as opposed to a full entree. The view is gorgeous.

I really liked the crab cake, lobster Mac n cheese and the cocktails. Not a fan of their tostada (shrimp and octopus), could have used more seasoning or salsa even. The oysters were too big for my taste and the sauces provided were not creative.

Always impressed by the delicious food, wonderful ambiance, and stunning views. However, the bar service was below par. Bartender was friendly when we’d finally get her attention but lacking attentiveness which took away from an otherwise fantastic experience.

We had reservations for a standard table ( not a bar table nor a pub height table). We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation time. We were checked in and patiently waited. There were plenty of tables available. She tried to seat us at a bar table. We did not reserve a bar table nor a pub height table. I made her aware of this and the fact that my friend was bringing a teacup Yorkie. She said it was fine . This was not our first time with the dog. There were 7 visible open areas to sit apart from the bar area. She said that we could sit in an area that was being cleaned. After it was cleaned we sat down. We waited for service. Instead we were asked to move by another person. We were moved a third time to an area towards the back. Servers were rude. We were ignored for more than a half hour. Except to tell my friend to put her dog on the floor which was covered in food from whoever sat there previously. She asked them to clean the corn and tomato and whatever salsa type food was scattered on the floor .They never did. However, four different servers insisted that she put her dog down on the filthy floor. Also, it took more than 45 minutes to ask us for a drink order. We waited and were not asked to order food. We finally spoke to a woman that offered apologies and a gift card for the lack of service. We were at the restaurant nearly an hour and were not served. We canceled our drink orders and decided to leave. We are three Black women and received horrible service. It was disappointing overall. I will never recommend Topsail to my friends again. Racism is repugnant.

Ich hatte einen Tisch im Innenbereich gebucht, es gibt aber gar keinen Innenbereich (was soll das?). Ich hatte ebenfalls angegeben, dass wir wegen eines Geburtstags dort sind, was nicht beachtet wurde. Die Empfangsdame wirkte lustlos und spielte an ihrem Handy. Sie führte uns zu einem Hochtisch, der uns nicht gefiel. Wir setzten uns an einen anderen Tisch. Nirgendwo befand sich eingedecktes Geschirr oder Ähnliches. Auf den Fotos sah alles sehr schick und edel aus. Vor Ort war es alles andere. Das Essen war ganz okay, meine Mac N Cheese haben aber eher wie Pasta Carbonara geschmeckt. Preislich viel zu hoch. Service war langsam und unaufmerksam, nicht sehr freundlich.

Overall an absolute must in San Diego. There are so many “view spots” in San Diego and this one is definitely a fun little intimate spot. Food and drinks are great. They do play overhead music that I think could’ve been a little more tasteful but we had a great time.

Great location right on the water. Delicious menu. It was a bit windy today so was cooler than usual but worth it!
