slow to load games (waiting 10+ mins) and only thing slower was the server

Topgolf did not work properly, the staff couldn't even get the lights to work. The reservation started late. The team at Banners was not competent or interested in our experience.

We made a special occasion reservation for a bday in the swing suite ahead of time. No one seemed to know how to explain how it worked. Could not find our waitress numerous times.

Terrible service, took about 45 minutes to get a drink and our golf round was cut short. Employees couldn’t figure out how to extend the time so we couldn’t finish our round.

We ordered food and drinks when we first arrived. We didn’t get nachos or beer for 45 minutes….then the nachos arrived super cold and congealed

It felt like they forgot about us up in the Topgolf Suite. Server only came by twice in our 90 minute slot, one drink was flat both times they brought it. Could have been a very cool experience, but the poor service overshadowed the ambience.

Golf simulator experience sub par compared to others … made it difficult to enjoy - service and food and hospitality were top notch

Hosted a group of 13 year old boys for bday. Variety of games kept them entertained. Stayed for Celts game in Banners reserved seating. They even had fan towels. Fun night for them!

Went there for the top golf simulator on a Friday night. Do not go while a game is going on. There was no service in sight, had to walk down to the bar and wait 15 minutes for drinks each time.

Our server was good, but I'm so confused by the experience. There were no customers up there (although it was so hard to get a reservation). No one was really available to help us with the equipment, besides the server setting it up when we started. So we wasted a ton of money while trying to figure it out, since its all timed. Our server was clearly assigned to work downstairs and then frantically trying to help us upstairs, too. Which in that building is impossible - management's fault not his. I actually went into the upstairs kitchen myself to get us water and extra silverware. Super weird experience. I wouldn't pay for it again, although it's fun.
