Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

Chef Nathaniel McCoy embraces culinary influences throughout Spain and loves to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

When you come here during sunset time, you can see a beautiful sunset. Iberico pork chop and Galician beef striploin are really good👍 . (Recommend to try) You can part at Hotel parking structure and then get parking validation

Beautiful restaurant with great food, but literally no service. It was so sad. They literally had no staff and the workers are overworked for sure. We sat for 10 mins before getting help. no water served. we had to ask a runner. food came out before the drinks. everything took forever. asked for managers card, but it was not provided very disappointing as we were celebrating an important occasion. we left with a bad taste in our mouth. so much potential but very badly managed / staffed.

Asked for a window seat when we arrived and were told $10 a person but were sold out. We were at dinner for 1.5 hours in which time, 4 window tables remained open the entire time. 21 minutes from the time we sat down until drink order was taken. Poor service! Restaurant was extremely Smokey from kitchen. Will not return

I took my mother for Mother’s Day considering it would be a special occasion, we Love the view and the outside are but the food was below expectation due to the price. If I’m paying this much money, I would have expected better quality food. The chicken was very dry and the sea bass was very salty and I was expecting a more exquisite dining experience !!!!! First and last time to come to this restaurant unfortunately. Lots of potential but a lot of work to do!

The food was delicious 😋 amazing view. Wr had crystal bread 🍞 and all the crumbs were on the table and they never cleaned it up before serving the rest of our dinner.

The view from the restaurant is wonderful. The food is very interesting and well prepared. We had a variety of meats and cheeses along with some sides. For our main dishes we had sea bass and the pork chop. Everything was delicious.

We decided to take a chance and go here after reading reviews about the service which would be our main concern. Lo and behold, our server, Selena, exceptional!! Catered to our requests and made sure our first time was splendid which it was! Food was amazing, the seafood bomba rice, delicious. Iberico pork chop. Amazing. Potatoes. Yummy! The drinks we ordered as well was satisfying!

Paella is not that great! It’s more like seafood rice, without the octopus. Not enough flavor. They changed a couple of plates like the gambas. The one before were way better with th chorizo flavor. This new recipe is w just garlic was plain. A little disappointing since we have been there plenty of times . Not sure if we will go back

Place is awesome. We were seated immediately. Our server Brisa was very helpful in explaining the menu and providing options. The only miss was disney fireworks 😞as it was a weekday.

Even though the food and ambience was good, the service from the waiter was horrible. He came to take our order for drinks about 30 to 45 min after we arrived. Then it took another 30 minutes to bring the drinks and said he will come back to take our order. We waited about another 45 min for him to come back. After we finished our dinner, we waited another hour and he never came back. We had to ask someone else for the check. We didn’t want to even bother waiting for dessert.

I brought my girlfriend here for a special date and occasion and Top of the V did not disappoint. We were seated next to the window that had an incredible view of the sunset and made the whole experience that much more intimate. Brandon our server provided exceptional service, answered our questions, provided recommendations, and really just went above and beyond. Special thanks to Brandon for helping make our night special! We had the octopus, patatas bravas, lamb chops, an ibérico plate with machega cheese, and cheesecake and all of the food was fantastic! Would highly recommend this place for a datenight or large gathering. We’ll definitely be back!

First of all the view was amazing. The Tapas selection was fantastic. We tried almost everything on the menu I think. The wine selection was very good and very affordable. We will definitely be back again - I’m hoping that next time we’ll be able to see some fireworks from Disney - that would put it over the top!

Brandon was an excellent server. Shrimp ajillo and the pan con tomate were tasty. Ordered the seafood paella and the sea bass. Paella was not flavorful and seafoods did not have a fresh taste or texture- perhaps just poorly prepared. Sea bass was dry and lacking in flavor or sauce.

The whole experience was excellent. First of all, the sunset view and the view of Disneyland is amazing! Secondly, the service was exceptional. Our server, Joy, was the best! She was attentive but not hovering. She knew when to check on us and had a great personality! Lastly, the food was delicious! Every single item we ordered was flavored well and cooked to perfection. It was so good that we had to compliment the chef on our way out. I can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.

Great experience. Reserved for outside patio, but since it was a windy and gloomy they called me in advance and gave my girlfriend and I a private room to accommodate. Food and drinks were delicious. Only thing was the 2nd round of drinks weren’t as great, but they did take it off the check and gave us a free dessert. Will go again :)

The view, the service and the food was simply amazing. It's a tapa style menu with some options if you want to have a traditionnal style dinner evening. We had some tapas all very tasty and we added the Bone-in Ribeye for two. We were 4 but since we ordered tapas with this, it was perfect to complement our meal. I consider myself a good critic for steak as I had steaks in dozens of high end steakhouse over the years and in many countries. Fine tuning my cooking technique of steaks in my home over the years, I rarely find a steak better than what I can cook. Including having the perfect marble from the butcher. Note for the restaurant out there cooking steaks with the sous-vide technique. It's terrible! This was not the case here! That steak was absolutely perfect! Perfect marble, prefect spices, perfect cooking techniques. Thank you Top of The V team!

Very disappointed. Our first time here and we only tried the appetizers and left. Something we never do but the only thing we enjoyed was the bread and warm olives. Hard to mess up. The octopus was “an absolute must” by the server but it was chewy fishy and gross. And the shrimp was nothing special. Spicy margarita also just tasted like too many syrups, not real ingredients as listed.

We ordered two cokes and they both were flat and tasted like rust. So my bf changed his drink to a gin and tonic and his Tonic tasted flat and off as well. They exchanged my coke for another and it too was off. We ordered the octopus and potato’s for our food. The ratio of octopus to their “lemon puree” was way off. There was a lack of lemon flavor and the texture resembled like a pudding. Not gonna like it kinda grossed us out. The octopus was ok. Would have been better with a slight char. The potato’s were room temp and lacked salt aka flavor. Definitely not what I expected for a first time. I will consider going again at a later time… way later
