Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

Chef Nathaniel McCoy embraces culinary influences throughout Spain and loves to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

I’m not sure what happened to this place- he used to be one of the best spots in metropolitan Los Angeles to get Spanish food. The service, food, and atmosphere I’m rating one star. I should’ve been concerned when I saw they lowered their prices. The service staff is not trained very well. The food was tasty is now bland. It’s at another restaurant that is on the decline due to labor shortages, and mismanagement.

The Hostess who seated us was very accommodating and quite personable. I think it's quite possible that she was the Manager. The craft cocktails were excellent as was their sangria. The meat and cheese platter was superb! Culinary stand-outs also included their Spanish bread, & the jambon croquettes which were heavenly! The cabbage steak was quite spicy and not the easiest to cut. Their squash tapas was flavorful but not memorable. We were somewhat disappointed with two of our entree's -- their pork chop and the European Sea Bass (served whole with the head and full of tiny bones.) Next time, and there WILL be a next time, we will stick to their excellent tapas as well as their delicious Basque-style cheesecake. I can't wait to try their chocolate pot which sounds divine. Be aware that the outdoor seating has seating which is quite low and the indoor seating has large, heavy chairs which are not the easiest to maneuver.

When you come here during sunset time, you can see a beautiful sunset. Iberico pork chop and Galician beef striploin are really good👍 . (Recommend to try) You can part at Hotel parking structure and then get parking validation

Beautiful restaurant with great food, but literally no service. It was so sad. They literally had no staff and the workers are overworked for sure. We sat for 10 mins before getting help. no water served. we had to ask a runner. food came out before the drinks. everything took forever. asked for managers card, but it was not provided very disappointing as we were celebrating an important occasion. we left with a bad taste in our mouth. so much potential but very badly managed / staffed.

Wow! Just Wow! Beautiful rooftop and if you’re a Disney fan it was great!!! I loved the food, drinks I only wished I could eat more!! Definitely will be my go to for Moms Day. Will return for other occasions. Thank you for making my day so special!

Asked for a window seat when we arrived and were told $10 a person but were sold out. We were at dinner for 1.5 hours in which time, 4 window tables remained open the entire time. 21 minutes from the time we sat down until drink order was taken. Poor service! Restaurant was extremely Smokey from kitchen. Will not return

I took my mother for Mother’s Day considering it would be a special occasion, we Love the view and the outside are but the food was below expectation due to the price. If I’m paying this much money, I would have expected better quality food. The chicken was very dry and the sea bass was very salty and I was expecting a more exquisite dining experience !!!!! First and last time to come to this restaurant unfortunately. Lots of potential but a lot of work to do!
